I recently placed an order with this company. The shipping did take much longer than the seven days; however, when I received the order I was pleased for the most part. I was intending to purchase more labels; however, I needed to call to ensure the correct size of the next labels. I called 4/4/2017 at 5:30 pm Central Time and a woman with a thick accent answered the phone. It was hard to hear her, because she had me on speaker. I was explaining the reason for my call and she seemed very uninterested and unresponsive to my inquiry. She asked me what I needed again and I re-explained myself. After explaining and listening to a long pause from her on the other end I then asked if she was still there. She was not speaking into the phone and again it was hard to make out what she was saying, because I was on speaker. I told her that I couldnt hear her and asked if she repeat herself. She then rudely hung up on me. I called back three times right after that at 5:34 pm (twice) and 5:37 pm and they let the phone go to the answering machine. I am very dissatisfied with how I was treated as a customer and I will not be referring or placing any future orders with this company. I was for the most part pleased with my order, but had questions about the sizing. If I cant as a customer call in regards to a question I have then to be treated in a disrespectful manner then I do not need to spend my money there. Their behavior was unprofessional, rude, and showed poor customer service. They lost a customer, because of it. Never again!!!

I placed my order, on January 12th, over 4 weeks before the first release of my clothing company. My first order, was lost -- didnt contact me about it till 2 weeks later when I emailed them questioning about what had happened. They said they would re-do it, and send it out as soon as possibly. I didnt hear anything back -- with the release of my collection coming extremely soon, I desperately emailed them wondering what was going on. The release date came, and I finally got a reply, saying it would be finished soon.. So I had nothing to do but delay shipping my orders to paying customers, waiting for my labels. They didnt contact me, until I contacted them AGAIN, wondering what happened -- in turn they told me their font machine broke & for me to choose a different font.. Its currently February 20th, and I still have NO idea when my order will even be processed. This shop does gorgeous work, but I highly advise anyone to steer completely away from them, or order labels months in advance so you dont have to face the problems Im currently dealing with. Ill never be returning, and Ill just end up sourcing my labels next time because no-one should deal with the problems Im currently facing, especially having to contact customers constantly explaining the problems going on.

Lied to me constantly. Told me they knew what I wanted and to trust them. Kept sending me GIANT labels and charging me 20 dollars at a time for each "mistake". This wasted 3 months of my development time and cost me money. After they failed on the 3rd sample they gave me an ULTIMATUM. Take this design or go away! I chose to go away. They are one of the least professional companies I have ever dealt with. They claim to make their items in Philadelphia. First sample came from CHINA post. This company is DISINGENUOUS, THOUGHTLESS, and most importantly they DO NOT LISTEN TO YOU. Every word I said was disregarded. They argued with me about issues I never brought up. Allan was not good to me. AVOID THIS COMPANY. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. They will NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. ZERO STARS!!! If you wonder why your labels are taking so long. Its because they are on a SLOW BOAT FROM CHINA.

Il est très simple de naviguer sur le site internet, la livraison a été très rapide et le rendu excellent! My mother is a huge crafter. I recently purchased labels from DLS to give to her as a Christmas present so that she could have a signature on all her work. I was a little nervous about how the present would go over. SHE LOVES THEM! Since she received her give she has not only started putting woven labels on her new creates, but has gone back and added them to things she made years ago. I could not be happier with my decision. I was able to take her actual signature, add it to the center of her label and then design around that using their custom label design tool. If you work in the industry or have a sewing enthusiast in your life, their labels are a must.

I am just dumbfounded by the negative reviews for the Dutch Label Shop! Ive tried many label makers, but DLS is the only one who allowed me to send them my design, AND they actually created it the way I wanted it! Shipping was quite fast (no indication it came from China); Allen and Poonam have been very professional and worked with me on my custom label. Ive since reordered my custom labels 5 more times and will continue with them until I, too, have a negative experience with them. But considering the experience so far with them, I doubt that will happen with me.

I have given Dutch Label Shop plenty of business and never had any issues. Then I placed an order for 2 more sets of care labels that never arrived. When I called customer service I was made aware that they had a "technical glitch" and my order was never processed, even though my card was charged. This order was extremely critical to getting my next batch of clothing line out on the floor. When I asked what they could do to make amends, nothing was offered. No rush production, no rush shipping, nothing. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is the most unethical company I have had the displeasure of working with. Their labels were ugly and none of the writing was visible. I asked them to re-do them about 6 months ago, to date, nothing. POONAM must be insane because he repeatedly promised to re-do them and didnt. They are liars and frauds. I have never written such a review but I feel obliged to warn everyone about them. Go anywhere else - just dont use this company. THIEVES.

I just received the labels I ordered two wks ago today. Im very disappointed in the labels and regret ordering from this company. They are very stiff (will definitely be scratchy and not soft after sewing them in the item.), white background looks gray, with the symbol and text not centered on the label. Labels werent shipped or delivered one week after placing the order as website states. I definitely wont be ordering from this company again.

This company is the absolute worst,I cant even rate the product because I still havent received it.need I remind everyone I ordered this weeks ago.i started to suspect this company after a weak of no update and no product so I ordered from another company package was delivered in less than a week and Im happy..I have no more words and this is the 1st time I have ever wrote a review without receiving the product.
