A friend of mine reccomended this place for their bug selection of carry out beer. I called alread to see if they had a particular beer that is hard to find. They told me they did and it was $25 for a six pack. While that was already way over priced, I decided to run over during my lunch break to pick it up. When I got there the price tag on the beer was $28. When I inquired about this, and advised I had just called 10 minutes ago, they gentleman at the counter told me too bad. I told him that I would never come had I known they were going to gouge for an extra $8 dollars when the price almost everywhere else is $20. That made no difference. The prices on all carry out beer are out of line, $12 for a six pack of Bud.. ?? I will not be back.. Rude Service and WAAAYYY over priced..

I went to Micheals today to see if they had any candle making supplies. This was my very first trip to Micheals and it will be my last. They had almost no wax on the shelves or in stock. Only one type of wick, and hardly any containers to pour wax into to make candles. They have almost no variety of frangrances or dyes for candles. When I asked a female employee for help she informed me she knows nothing about the candle supplies they sell. I asked if there was someone who knows something and she said shed be right back. Twenty minutes later still no sign of her. I went to look for someone else and they had no clue either. I belive employees should know a little bit about what they sell, dont you?

Custom Framing- The people in this section of the store really know what they are talking about. I went to them to get a painting that was gifted to me custom framed. They talked with me about which colors to I wanted to pop, which wood to use and the like. When there was an issue from their warehouse for my frame, they let me know about the issue and were great through the whole process. Rest of the store- I make small gifts for my girlfriend and only go shopping here. Many of the associates have helped me to find the perfect piece for her gift. They know the store and their products well.

This is the last time am going their. Their was one employee that keep looking at me and my friend. And when we came out she said" so your not buying anything for your friend ?". Ok how dares she listen to my conversation and stare at me like am going to shoplift and ask me this question?! Then when we left she kept on following me and my friend until we reach the road!!! AM SORRY BUT YOU CANT DO THAT AND THAT WOMAN NEEDS TO CHILL AND LET ME LIVE MY LIFE!!!!!!

Went there yesterday to get a picture reframed, others that needed new glass, and one that just needed a frame. Suzanne was so helpful and informative and patient with my initial indecisions. When we were through I had four projects ready to hang, and a major one that will be ready in two weeks.
