Horrible customer service. I was asking for assistance over the phone trying to see if they had the product that would help me. I was told once I get to the store that someone would help me. What if I couldnt get to the store or needed To know if Im able to if they even had what I needed. You lost my service. Thanks for your help.

I LOVE me some jo-ann fabrics just was their two days ago 50% off a lot of great, pretty items. I would have given a five stars BUT I didnt because there prices are not always the best and can be expensive I only shop with 50% - or more sale price.

I came to this location to have prices on previously purchased items from the Quakertown location corrected. It was a ridiculously annoying ordeal that the manager & cashier made SO much less painful with their friendly & upbeat attitudes!!

Staff isnt very friendly, no ever asks ; can I help you? Money saving coupons are always when theres a store wide sale so you really cant use it. Fabrics are over priced. However, the store is clean and has a great inventory.

As the name states, its good for a fabric selection, which is fairly extensive in-store. Plus a minor selection of all kinds of other craft items, with a bit more extensive yarn selection than most chain craft stores.

My experience at the Jo-Ann in Whitehall was totally negative. I will not be going back there. I may never go to Jo-Ann ever again. And, I will inform my family and friends not to spend their time and money.

I just went here to buy some yarn and the cashier, Lisa, was not pleasant at all. There are many other craft stores I our area and if these are the type of people I will meet at Joann, I will shop elsewhere.
