Love this store...The staff are always so very friendly and helpful! I purchased an easel for my home and it was not the correct look I needed. So I put it aside and kinda forgot about it. I went to the store, to return the item, receipt in hand. The clerk, was unable to return the item, since my receipt had expired. They could only give store credit and the lowest sale price. I left frustraed gave it a couple of days. So today, I go back to the store and met John at customer service. I explained the situation and he said, let me see how far I can get-then well go from there. He then, called Karen the manager of the store and she made the exchange with no problem, giving me the option of store credit or credit my charge account. Since the receipt was expired, I thought it was only fair to take the store credit. Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! WHOHOO!!! This is one more reason, we LOVE shopping at this Michaels store, between their creative staff and the frame department is TOP NOTCH-all my frame work at home, is a product of this Michaels Store! THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN MICHAELS STORE and KAREN (manager) and Rehoboth Beach Staff for making Michaels such a WONDERFUL STORE!

Everyone was very helpfull especially the one girl we spoke to.who went from back of store, up to the front, back to whereIwas and then insisted on talking me up to front again. All for a $2.00 bottle of paint. She saw me looking over several different types of came to me and asked if I could use some help. Most times one needs to hunt around at stores to find someone to give you help. Very nice young girl.

I only go here if Im in immediate need of specific art supplies. Damn near everything is overpriced, and while the staff is friendly and helpful, they are stretched way too thin. I find myself trying to locate items because its often less time to walk past every aisle than to wait for someone to be free to help. The great pain comes when your search comes up dry, and you have to wait, anyway.

My go to place for every craft needs. Make sure to sign up for the free Rewards Club as you get exclusive/better coupons then the newspaper. It was kind of bare as they are shifting from Xmas to spring merchandise.

Big store lots of ideas lots of supplies not many employees to be found on the floor for help locating anything. really nice inventory some things are pricey most are fair

They have the least efficient check out system, if you arent planning on standing for an hour to pay for a damn paint brush I would try elsewhere.

They are renovations so the floors were a dirty where the old display stands you to be. Not very appealing to look at dirty floors while shopping.
