I bought a 2004 Honda Civic Hybrid less than 3 months ago and the whole buying process felt rushed and very pushy... not only that but the vehicle I was interested in had just came in on trade... it went through the vehicle inspection process but hadnt been cleaned. I was told to take the vehicle and someone would contact me about detailing the vehicle. after 2 weeks with no one contacting me I called them and was told that it wasnt written into the contract so I should just take it somewhere to get it cleaned and pay for it myself. I was upset but not to the point that I wanted to press the issue... Fast Forward to yesterday my car started making this weird knocking noise and then died on me stranding me in the middle of nowhere with my two small children. I today got a letter stating that my car isnt even registered in my name because documents were not filled out properly. so after receiving that letter I went down to the dealership and talked to the General Manager because I was upset. I was told that the car breaking down was my problem... ok its only been 3 months but I drove it off the lot so ok. the registration I was told that again my problem and I would need to contact DMV to work that out myself... I was getting upset at this point and he said "there isnt a crystal ball that can tell when a vehicle is going to die" I said but you do inspections right and Ive only had it for 3 months. he said yeah but the car is a 2004 and were in 2014 I said I know what year it is. at which he said I was a smartass and could get off his lot. He was rude and aggressive and showed no interest in the fact that he sold me a car that broke down... at one point he asked if I would like to buy another vehicle and I said no not from you guys... This dealership is horrible I would never buy from here again and hope no one else ends up in a similar situation

I recently have gone through some financial difficulty resulting in a less than perfect credit score. I let them know how much I could pay per month, my budget and what I was wanting in a vehicle. Not only did they find me a vehicle that matched what i wanted, but was able to get me into something better than what I thought I could (all within my budget). They hunted for the best interest rate and ended up getting me an interest rate lower than my bank was offering. They followed up several times to make sure I was still happy with the car and if there was any questions that I had. It is a no pressure environment with a staff that is dedicated to finding you what you want. The only reason I didnt put 5 stars was because I told them we had 2 and half hours to get all the paper work done so that I could make an appointment that I had. They went over my time limit, making me late for my appointment by half an hour. They kept getting distracted and pulled away in the middle of the paperwork. Finally I stopped the process and let them know we can finish the paperwork later, that I was already half an hour late and we still had another half an hours worth of paper work to go. They were very understanding and worked with me. I would, and have recommended Hertz to my friends. We will be getting our next car from them, I will just will make sure I dont have any appointments I have to get to that day.

I give them 2 stars I love my car but when I didnt have my title and they said I could FedEx it to them after I wrote a check and filled out the lost tittle paperwork so I would not get charged they cashed the check anyways even though I have tracking on the FedEx package with my title in it. And it was delivered the next day I sent it. So I pay extra to send my tittle and they charge me for a lost tittle. Oh and they need to be more organized since they lost the spare key to my vehicle and then out of nowhere they found it. Is this whats happening to me they lost the tittle I sent them and now Im being charged for a lost title. They need to fire some people over there for the screw ups. I just want to know why I didnt get a call saying hey we didnt get your tittle so we are going with the lost tittle plan. If they fix this MAYBE Ill change my review...UPDATE...I got my money back but to add to this its still a two star rating thanks so much for putting the worst brakes on the car to where it squeel so bad that I have to pay 320$ just to have the noise gone. Not just the breaks but to have the calipers resurfaced.

When my car got rear-ended and I needed to buy a new one quickly, my daughter recommended Hertz, because she really loves the SUV she found here. So we went down to Hertz after work, filled out a credit profile, and talked with Denny about what I would like to find. A few minutes later, he drove up in the one car I had said I really liked - a Ford Fusion - except much more upscale than I ever imagined. Then Ernest brought me out a sweet loan. I cannot describe adequately how easy it was to walk in and get a better car than I ever dreamt I could afford! When the need arises (in a few years?), I will go back to Hertz for sure, and tell everyone I can about my experience.

Absolutely do not buy cars here! I was looking around for a new car and decided to come to this place, big mistake. I quickly noticed that all of the cars on the lot were hilariously overpriced and asked the salesman about it. He said that they werent, and I promptly pulled up kelly blue book on my phone and proved him wrong. For the particular car I was looking at they were charging $5000 over blue book. Not knowing what to do the salesman ran into the building and got the inventory manager. I give him the same argument, and he simply says the cars are "priced at market". Riiight. You may be able to convince some people of that, but youre not fooling me. Good riddance.

They were very friendly at the start, I took a car for a test drive and everything was great. I came by the next day, with intent to buy the car but brought my dad to look for engine issues. After he test drove, he found an oil leak. Both the manager and sales person lied saying it was "seapage". They were selling this car for way above blue nook, while telling me it was such a great deal and how they were giving me a "reduced price". Never will buy from them or recommend for anyone to purchase there. Typical sleazy car lot tactics.

I have read through all of the reviews and it saddens me that that there have been some unpleasant customer relations and transactions. I can proudly vouch for the new Management and all new sales staff with the exception of an amazing salesman Denny. So to all who scroll down and see the negative, please excuse the past and realize we are a new, low preasure, new management, diverse inventory, friendly group of men who are here to help you make a smart and exciting decision...
