Unbelievable GOLD STANDARD in customer service. My car purchase transaction was effortless, they understood my need and accommodated it in ways that have blown me away!!! Found out that Gresham Toyota had sold me a vehicle that should have been salvage title and Dealers Market took it on trade for every penny that I stilled owed - no low balling or going back and forth!! On top of that, they found a LOCAL credit union to finance me at 1/4 of where I was currently financed!!! Every encounter I had with each and every person through every stage of the purchase process was truly the most professional, hospitable, wonderful example of LOCAL customer service. Will not hesitate to return for service and future purchases. Truly, it made car buying a pleasant experience! I highly recommend this dealership!!
