I had been trying to sell my car for a few months without success. A recent family emergency necessitated I get the vehicle moved quickly. I met with Wendy at M & W and worked with her to nail down a price for my car. Wendy was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful in putting the deal together. My vehicle did need some repairs, and this was factored into the final price offered. I very much appreciated her fair offer and agreed to sell her the car. Imagine my surprise, when a couple of weeks later I get a call from Wendy and she states she has a check for me. Check? She had already paid me in full for the car. I went down to see her, and she explained she had recently sold the car I had sold her. The new buyer was not interested in paying for the repairs the car still needed, and bought the vehicle as is. Wendy indicated that as she had negotiated the price she paid me based on her out of pocket costs to repair the vehicle. As she never needed to repair the vehicle, she offered me an additional 10% premium over our original agreed sell price. I have dealt with hundreds of businesses over the years. Never once has an business owner called me back and said "Id like to give you some extra money." I was left absolutely speechless by this kind, and honest gesture. I would highly recommend you speak to Wendy and her team if you are in the market for a vehicle.

Customer service is really unprofessional on how they handle especially the old guy that was so grumpy and answers with no respect. He said they have their insurance but they wont give it to me which makes no sense at all. Made us drive to bring their car to their shop and told us we cant rent a car then left us to the point where we needed to get a taxi just to go back to where we were.

I visited here about a year ago and need to rent a car. I wasnt sure where to look as I had never been here before so I simply checked Google. I called and she was able to give me a quote over the phone before I even got there. She was absolutely nice and got everything taken care of. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone visiting this place!

DO NOT TRUST. These people are the standard for "Used Car Salesmen". The cars they advertise may or may not be there. The prices are WAY overpriced and they may or may not be open during their "Business Hours". Completely Dishonest!!!
