This car dealer is terrible. I bought a 2013 Ford Fushion from them, which Shaw & Muller lied to me & told me this vehicle had never been in an accident or wreck. Both of them lied about that to me. Muller also lied to me claiming this car was his fathers vehicle on consignment which also was a lie. This vehicle was infact in an accident it just was not ever reported so the car fax came back clear. This vehicle was not bought brand new by his father, it was not bought from the Ford dealership bfromrand new by Mullers father, it infact was purchased from an auction in Portland, Oregon. When I went back to the car lot to speak to Muller about not wanting this vehicle the very next morning after I bought the vehicle that evening before at closing time. Muller refused to give me my $14,000 cash back & also refused to let me look at & buy a different vehicle on his car lot. Then he (Muller) called the Eugene Police on me & told the police he did not want me to come back to the Car dealerships property. Muller is infact a liar, also Shaw is just as much a liar as the owner Muller. They are the absolute worst Auto car dealership Ive ever dealt with my entire life. Be Very Cautious.... of this Dealership & the owner Muller & Salesman Shaw!!

I dont think that shopping for cars is ever really fun, but these guys (Shaw and Ben at the 6th St. lot) were absolutely great to work with. I am a punk girl with multicolored hair, tattoos and piercings, and (unlike the dude at Kendall Nissan who jerked us around for 20 minutes, then didnt show us stuff we said we were interested in even though it was sitting there on the lot) they treated us like actual human beings. We took the car for a prepurchase inspection at Firestone for 2 hours, no problem. Car turned out to be totally solid so we have purchased it from them- financing, no problem. Alternative people: this place will not judge when you walk on the lot. I highly recommend that you start here. I did three days of solid research (research is my job) and couldnt find anything else that was remotely as fair a deal. Happy hunting!

Very disappointed with our experience with Ben and Rosario. We were looking at a minivan and everything looked all right. There were some minor repairs that were obvious that they said they would fix. However, when we had it looked at by the dealership, they found over $2000 in repairs that needed to be done. We took this information back Rosario. He really blew us off and acted like it wasnt true. We felt very deceived and disappointed that they tried to take advantage of us. Long story short, we ran away from that deal as fast as possible and found something else! Although Im sure not every car they sell is a lemon, I would definitely not use this lot again.

i love this place i buy my car from Ben,him and his team the treat me really well and they offer me lot of option, and i really like it how this guys treat people they never ever push you to buy a car from them they show me there inventory and they try help me much they can to find what i was looking for, and finally i found my 2006 Honda accord EX the fits my budget better than i thought thank you guys i hope see you guys soon for my next car. i definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a good running used car this is the place to go.thanks guys again

Avoid this place! I bought a Toyota Prius from them a little over month ago, I kept telling the salesman that I wanted to have it looked at by a mechanic, he insisted that they have their mechanics "thoroughly" inspect it from head to toe, and that it wasnt necessary. Turns out it needs new struts, spark plugs and brakes were at 3%. When I called them to tell them they wanted me to pay for parts and labor! Claiming if they had fixed it before hand, the car would have been more expensive! Luckily I knew how to replace them myself. Still, its all bad business there.

I had an excellent experience here at Success Auto Sales! I bought my 2007 Honda Civic hybrid from here about a couple weeks ago, and Ben was incredibly honest and helpful. Im very happy with my vehicle purchase, and happy to have had such wonderful service on purchasing my very first car from a dealer. Im very pleased with my experience, and he made sure to run things through so I understood the process completely. Very thankful to have found this place and my new (used) Honda Civic hybrid! I would definitely recommend this dealership

Great and easy to work with, they gave me options. The owner him self told me I will get you the best rate and payment you deserve. He even said I dont even have to buy a car from him if you have found one somewhere else prayers and a good word of mouth is all what I am asking for. I just feel bad for people who want to write bad reviews just for a business competition. I would give them 10 stars for quality honesty and service. It took me 10 days to learn how to open an account just so I can give the word that they deserve. God bless.

I worked with Ben & Rosario the day that I went in to see if they could offer a reasonable trade between my truck and another, comparable (longer bed, newer model) truck. Both employees were very friendly, professional, forthright & informative. I felt no pressure, no trust issues during my interaction with them. Ben worked out a trade that we both would benefit from, offered more than one finance option & we all shook hands. Id have no qualms with doing business here again.

They were very nice salesmen. HOWEVER, I bought a 2007 Mazda3 from them less than two months ago and I have had nothing but promblems with it. They "fixed" a noise that it had, and then 2 weeks later it has continued to cause issues. Not to mention Ive had to take it to the mechanic several times since then. Additionally, they talked me into buying a $2,000.00 warranty that covered none of its many problems. I will not buy from them again, nor would I ever recommend them.

I recently bought a car here but shortly after buying it I decided I wanted a different one. The first car I bought was fine but I just wanted something with more leg room so I brought the car back to them and they took it back from me and sold me an awesome camry thats been a great car. I feel like they treated me with respect and helped me out a lot. If you are looking for a nice used car then come here and have them help you.

I can say that they take all the steps they can to assure his customers are happy and satisfied each and every time. they use the best quality parts when the cars they have need repair and is honest to each customer. Please feel free to put your faith in Miller, Baker and their company, as they are one of the few honest used car lots left out there.
