If you have no where else go, they will finance anybody and get you into a car. My experience: in need of a car ASAP and had cash in hand. The first car I test drove needed the tire aired up and to be jumped to get it started. They said it was because a lot of their cars had been sitting ahwile. No big deal. It was also out of gas and we were advised to follow their assistant to the gas station prior to the test drive. We put gas in the car, but then couldnt get it started (not the battery this time). We drove back with the assistant and we looked at other cars. The employees kept pushing me towards vehicles I had already said I wasnt interested in. We finally did find a vehicle that met our already low expectations and made it through the test drive. My impression of the vehicle? I have had it less than 6 months and have encountered many problems. The first, is the spider crack in the wind shield. The next was less than a month when I stopped by a gas station who offered to check my oil, but there was no oil in the vehicle. Thats right! Bone dry. I have put oil in it and gotten it changed once since then and there appear to be no leaks or anything. At around a month and a half the side door (mini van) fell off the track. I called this place to inquire on how to fix it (they said I could call with any issues ) they said they would call me back, hung up and I never heard from them. We put the van door back on the track ourselves, but thanks for the customer service! All four tires needed completely replaced within 90 days. No big deal, but there were different size tires on the vehicle. Serpentine belt went out after 3 months. Now?? At 4.5 months.... I have an odd problem where the vehicle feels like it is decelerating and losing power while at the same time if you give it gas the steering wheel starts to shake (like you need an alignment really bad) and then the car begins smoking out of the hood on the passenger side and it smells like burning plastic. This happens randomly and not every time it is driven. Will need to get this checked out but am sure it will cost a pretty penny. Overall? Desperate people will get desperate cars and this place will serve you if you are desperate.

I rate them one star they were very nice, my car is maybe 2 wks old it needed new tires, oil changed, batterey cover, rotors, lower control arm on front right and left side, new batterey, water pump, emergency brake pad, and a new gasket cap. The alignment was terribly off also. I also had to replace front and back sensors. In the state of california the car wouldve been sellable cause my car wouldnt have past a safety inspection! With all the repairs being done to my car the costs add up to 2500 dollars and my car gets a full inspection on monday for everything to see if anything else is wrong! It is a beautiful car but I feel the rotors and all brakes shouldve been replaced the alignment, tires, lower arms shouldve been replaced cause the wheels are wobbly and one of the rims are bent. So theres more money. The rims are 19 in. I can understand a few things to replace but I have a list and most were safety issues

Typical quick-buck used car dealership. We went to look at a couple of cars there and test drove one vehicle. Little did we know that test drive turned out to be the extremely high-pressure sales pitch. We were stuck in that office with no escape. We tried everything to get out of there and leave but we were coerced into buying a overpriced piece of junk. We have paid at least half of the selling price just to get the car running right. As usual once the sale is made thy dont care about you as a customer (they have your money, so why should they care?). Now we are stuck with a car that runs like crap and very bad memories of high-pressure salesmen. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE FORCED INTO BUYING SOMETHING YOU DONT WANT; they will not let you leave until you buy something.

By far the best car shopping experience, I told them I couldnt do one of the cars I really wanted and they made it possible for me to get a better car for a better price! All the employees were absolutely amazing I couldnt have asked for a better group of people to hangout with during my experience! Such a great place and I love my new Honda Pilot so much! Keith &I Drew are seriously so amazing! Not like most cars salesmen! Very genuine and want to make your car shopping a positive thing! I would reccommend to anyone

I would highly recommend Pacific Cars and trucks to anyone!! Being a female, I used to dread car shopping. When I met with Andrew at Pacific Cars and Trucks I knew that I didn’t have anything to worry about. I bought a vehicle from him back in 2015, and I will be going back to get my second car. I felt that they were honest and good people, who wanted to make sure that I was getting the perfect car and deal for ME! They weren’t pushy, and I could tell that they genuinely cared about helping me find the right car.

Drew and Keith took an uncommon and unique situation by the horns and made magic for me!! I was a skeptic at first, but he did exactly what he told me he was going to do which completely changed my outlook of these guys! They will never know how much I appreciate everything they did for me! From this experience I have learned to open my mouth and ask ALL the questions. Although I did not buy an automobile from them, my van broke down across the street and they were so helpful and accommodating. The mechanic came right over and replaced my fuel pump no questions asked. The royal motel across the street where I was staying was the worst experience ever, even before my van broke down. But it was a godsend that I was at across the street from Pacific cars and trucks. I cant say enough about their customer service. Saved my bacon for sure!

If you are looking for honesty & integrity this is the place to go. Ive had a pleasurable experience in both selling my old vehicle and purchasing vehicles through this business. Not only would I go back, but I continue to refer friends, family & business associates. A refreshing experience, never would have labeled car shopping as enjoyable but after working with Pacific Cars & Trucks that is exactly the adjective I would use.

Pacific cars and trucks was amazing every other place we went to would not work with us Keith and Andrew helped us with everything we ran into. Every other place we went to denied us or having to pay very high down payment Pacific cars and trucks worked with those elements so it was resolved for you definitely recommend as a first choice when looking for a car or a truck
