In May we bought a portable scanner on-line that did not work. We spoke with Bruce owner of Electronics super store, who told us to bring it in. He tried every possible way to program it, but to no avail. We ended up buying another from him, which he helped program, gave us a power outlet so we could run it without batteries. We took it home and more problems again. We took it back in, he replaced it and again spent time making certain everything worked correctly. He went above a beyond what we expected and on a day that the store was not even open for business. Kudos, to you Bruce.

Always use it, always get discounts, and they are willing to order things with no problem. Buy headphones there every couple weeks (due to my overuse at work, which they break because of being bent consistently, not because of faulty products). Vince is great. Now if only their Verizon kiosk carried iPhones...

Customer service is a joke...and WAY too expensive. Pricing is disgusting... Tried to charge me $30 for a car charger!!!!! I sent my husband in and they told him the same one was $20!! Reported them to the BBB. Never shopping at radioshack again. Period.

Helpful staff. Very informative on different subjects and they were willing to open and test car chargers in the store to make sure they worked with my phone, they threw in a good discount as well. Best spot in Lincoln City for cell phone stuff.

Theyre a sporting goods store that got screwed over by Verizon and are now refusing to deal with anymore electronics. Good sporting goods store and friendly staff, but I went outta my way to go there looking for electronics.
