Arrived after noon on Sunday looking to try on shoes. Nobody around. Asked an employee walking by if there was anyone in the shoe department - he in turn asked another employee in cosmetics and she could not be bothered. I left the shoes that I had gathered to try on in my size. Just to let you know - they were not cheap and I was willing to buy a number of pairs of shoes....however....there was nobody to help me find the correct size or, actually, nobody at all in the shoe department. I remember when your store first came to Maine. We were tripping over store personnel. Now...nobody is there to help. So sad. Im gone.

Great location in the Maine Mall, love their amount of Cologne samples they have to offer. Finding deals here is a hit or miss. Also they have great packages on Colognes come Christmas time.

Used to love it, however they discriminate based on weight. They openly acknowledge that they dont carry larger sizes....go to Macys instead!
