I purchased a pair of sunglasses and after a month they broke sitting on my table in the dining room. I thought that was odd so I returned to Big 5 and bought a second pair on a Friday and 2 days later (Sunday), I found them broken on my dash board. I returned them and after a brief discussion with the manager on duty, I was told that I had improperly stored my "sun glasses" and that I would not get a replacement or refund. I was also told that they had received a large number of complaints from customers about the same problem. Wouldnt you think that Big 5 would step up and replace the defective product and go back to the manufacturer and say " We have a problem here?" I will not be purchasing items from Big 5 Sporting Goods any more.

This place is close to home, so I keep giving them a chance to sell me something. The staff seem like you are inconveniencing them by walking though the door to look at the tiny selection of things that are just not quite what you want. Do yourself a favor and pass this place by.

Great prices, I just came to buy y basketball at 60% regular price, Every weekend there are special I do sign up to receive cupons by email, The best place to get outdoor equipment as ammo, fire arms, camping gear etc.
