to start this review off this place has a nice selection of guns but are too pricey in store compared to their online prices so dont be surprised if you see a great price online then go in store and its more expensive second is one employee is a complete dick hes some fat guy who claims to an ex-cop he pretends to know what hes talking about when he doesnt know much at all about the industry from the past or whats new and upcoming but their are three awesome workers there that have been an extreme nice and very helpful one would be adam who is very kind, patient, and extremely helpful jesse would be the next one he knows what hes talking about and can help u with almost any gun problems and finally the old guy who i think is the owner is the nicest guy out of the shop will help u with anything needed plus he has an extremely nice black lab my review would be five stars only if online prices were the same as in store and if i wouldve never dealt with the big oaf

Received excellent service here! I dont really know what the other reviewers are talking about with the whole rude employee thing. He must of gotten fired before I shopped here. I have bought two AEGs here, and I got excellent service. It didnt feel like they were roping me in to buy something (like at an auto-dealership). The prices are a tad higher than online, but it is nothing to complain about. They need to make a living too. I always compare prices to online, the max price increase I saw was 20 bucks for the most expensive AEGs. I also brought two of my airsoft rifles in to get repaired. They gave me an honest and accurate quote beforehand, and fixed my problems completely. It was a bit expensive, but on the otherhand, I received excellent service. Other than the small price hike-ups, this is a great retailer! Best in Oregon. I would give them 4 out of 3 stars if I could. This is a great place to buy, and repair your airsoft armament!

I always have a positive experience here. This is a family owned and locally operated store, and the guys working here are very helpful every single time. I have purchased airsoft products for supplementing my actual firearms training, as airsoft is much less expensive, and quite realistic if you purchase the high quality products from these guys. The pricing there is more than fair, they have almost every item you need to make your carbine match your real steel, and they are always extremely knowledgeable about what works well, what is entry level, and what products hold up well. That brings me to my next point, these guys can fix or repair almost anything! Their knowledge and customer service is excellent, product selection amazing, and I have given them 5 stars, as I would and have recommended them countless times.

Airsoft Outlet Northwest has always been my first choice when it comes to shopping for airsoft guns and gear. I have bought nearly 90% of all of my gear from them. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always more than willing to help with any questions you have. AONWs only negative is prices. With online retailers offering products at lower prices and local shops closer to my location, I sometimes find it hard to spend not only the money driving to Cornelius, but then also paying much higher prices for products. With such a wide market, I only hope that AONW is able to properly adjust for todays economy and competitive prices. But I digress, Airsoft Outlet will always have my support as both a customer and a supporter of local business.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and competitive pricing for serious Airsoft sporting. Extraordinary selection of great mid and high end gear. Some great entry level stuff, but none of the cheap, plastic, fall apart things you will find ay paintball and surplus shops. I have been out of the sport for a few yeas since moving up, and the staff didnt mind one bit taking time to catch me up and show me some incredible AEGs. I only wish that they could open a location on the closer to Portland, but its worth the drive!

Went here looking for starter guns and gear, before I order online. Well, now I wont. The exceptional service here will earn them 200$+. The guy was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. He showed me the guns that fit my specifications, made recommendations, and was able to answer all tech questions on the rifle I selected. They also have pretty good prices, and there is a trimet stop nearby so you should come by and check out this awesome store.

The staff is very helpful and welcoming to all players, regardless of experience. The selection is decent, but it is hard to find specialized parts. Their prices are about 5-10% more than you would pay online, but in return you get the convenience of not having to pay shipping and wait. Overall, very good.

Went there for the first time a couple days ago based on the reviews already here. The reviews are accurate; great service, great advice, very friendly. It is a bit out of the way, at least for me, but 100% worth the trip! These guys are the best in the area.
