Worst customer service. First time customer, last time Ill be going there. I bought 3 games yesterday, 2 of which didnt work on my 360, when I returned them today, asking for the EXACT same item, I was treated like a scam artist. I wasnt asking for my money back, and I didnt ask for something different. Yet I get treated like Im ripping them off? The nerve, Im the customer and my product didnt work, now your gonna treat me like crap because I dont want your broken junk and Im asking for a REPLACEMENT? I wasnt asking for cash back and I had just purchased the games less than 24 hours prior. Aside from this annoying experience, they blare death metal so loud you almost have to shout to talk. I understand the whole angsty thing, but this was lame for someone who just wanted to buy some video games. If your a gamer, I would avoid this place and go to EB or Game stop.

Anytime I want a cd, dvd or game, I go here. Never really had a "bad" experience. Raise your hand, have them open a case, look at the product before buying... what more could you ask of a buy/sell entertainments store? They can also look up stuff from all their other stores, and if you dont mind waiting, they will usually ship it over to the store by you, no cost of course. I like to drive the Hawthorne myself though if they have it there. Usually awesome posters all over the place you can buy. What else... oh yeah! They dont open til 11... cmon guys, wake up! Its 10:30 and I just got a hankering to play Tetris Attack!

I like this place. it has a good selection. their selection of CDs have kind of gone down for rock/metal (that I dont already own) but prices are fair and they have quality items in. I like that they have a lot to browse over old and new. now the people are nice but personally I think their choice in music to play for customers are a little off the wall but I can get passed that becuase I am in and out but I think it could at least be turned down a little. but over all I recommend this place to people all the time. (I never try to sell stuff here so I dont know how that is.)

Great customer service! The Gresham CD/Game "brain trust" has a ridiculously excellent collective memory on titles Ive requested from previous years and they give me a call when items come in. Like I said, amazing customer service. Easy trades too, and the couple of times (twice in 5 years) Ive had to return something because of a defect theyve been totally cool about refund or replacement. Thanks guys! You always come through and thats why I always recommend your store.

I come to this place all the time. Their games and movies are cheap and I love being in there. All the guys are so nice and constantly ask if you need a case open. Their movies are so cheap its awesome coming in looking at all the displays of the hundreds of movies they have to offer. Great place to go!

I will not be returning here. Came to trade my Xbox twice! First time they told me they wont buy unless it has the original controller. Second time I went they didnt because of the worn down grips. Waste of time. The only thing saving this review is their reasonably priced collection of old games.

Fair prices, friendly associates, even when I dont buy anything. Never have an issue to open a case if I want to inspect something before buying. They place their stickers usually in a way that makes them easy to take off so you dont ruin whatever youre buying. Great when youre a collector.

Alright selection, great place to find music but could treat customers like customers and not con artists. Go there for their music selection only now will not sell them games as they rarely take what you have and only give store credit wich is not why people sell games
