Its seems as if bad customer service is trained at this location. Ive had encounters with the manager of this facility and one word to describe him would be "aggressive". The last visit I had I dealt with a very overly rude and confident sales associate who tried to refuse my accessories return. I told him that the company policy states that they must accept a return, he proceeded to print out a blank receipt on the back of which stated exactly what I was saying, but held it in my face as if I was the idiot. No apology was given when he realized his mistake, terrible customer service has continued at this location.

My husband and I have shopped at this Gamestop several times for large ticket and small ticket items. EVERY time we have received excellent customer service from staff who are exceptionally knowledgeable. The people who work there make sure you know everything you will need before you walk out, but are honest and straightforward about things you will not need to buy. They do not try to "upsell" you things you will not need. They have earned our trust. We shop for all our gaming electronics here.

Very helpful staff. I enjoy going to this GameStop even though its so small, primarily because a lot of people are never in the store, but also the guys that have helped me are always friendly and extremely helpful. I picked up my ps4 games there and even bought killzone off a recommendation from one of the employees. I plan to do all my shopping at this location.

I will give these guys props. They are very knowledgeable and one of them recommended a game that I had never played, but found to be an absolute delight to try. This is a very rare thing to be able to do, and I am grateful for his personal knowledge and accurate reading of my likes and dislikes.

I am a usual at this store... I am very familiar with the staff and they know me pretty well... but I have seen with other customers that they are a friendly staff who make the "store for video gaming nerds" a friendly environment. I would recommend this store to anyone available to go to it.
