The lady that helped me was rude when i was trading in a bunch of stuff. Tried to trade in my ps3 and because i didnt have the usb cord she wouldnt even look at it. I had everything else to go with it and i asked her how much it was worth and shes like is it this or this and i said i thought it was bigger and shes says thats the original. So when i came back with usb cord she looked at it was 160 size. So rude to deal with.

Garbage customer service, rude manager, staff was alright and they wanted to help, but the manager just stared at me with a blank look, no empathy, no sympathy. All I was trying to do was return a present that someone game me because I already had the game. I wish Microsoft went with DRM to take out these businesses. Im calling HR as we speak to let them know what kind of management they choose to have at their locations.

Though they do not have an extensive inventory of older games they do have all the new games as they release and pre release ability. The staff is very knowledgeable and eager to help you. Overall I love this store.
