I have been here twice. The first time was for my first job. Everything was in good shape and wore well. The second time, I was shopping for a second job, and when I went to check out, a woman was called to the front and observed a pair of shoes I was buying. She then told me they were priced wrong and would be back on the floor tomorrow! My main need was the shoes, and I had been there for about an hour shopping! I asked her if she could use some kind of universal price code for similar items (as I have seen done at Ross) and I was told they did not and that their pricing team was gone for the day! As a faithful customer and donor of value village items, I was very disappointed at this prehistoric repricing process! I would have probably paid double if they had just let me buy the shoes. Now I will never go back to this location.

I would like to say that I will never walk into this or any other Value village ever again , Because a client I had shopped here on a daily base I do mean daily base, he passed away recently and we tried to get them to hang a flyer to let others that shop there that knew him know he passed and when the memorial services were, they REFUSED to do so. they are the only place of over two hundred places that refused to hang a flyer, to me this says we care to take your money we dont care about you as a person, the newspaper is doing a story on my client next week and this will be in the story. Im organizing a BOCOTT of this paticular store over this, sometimes in life dignity respect should over power greed. thanks for reading wanted to let people know how this paticular store is with its customers,

Good Selection But Shop At Your Own Risk! Three stars are for the wide variety of costumes they have now for the season. However, cant give this store more stars because the rude staff members we encountered made the shopping experience unpleasant. These women were very quick-tempered, unfriendly and immature... not very helpful when it came to trying to get their assistance. The store is clean and very well laid out. But they need to work on training their staff to give better customer service. There are far too many other places to shop where the staff are much more professional so we dont need to waste our money here.

I went to this Value Village looking for a coat for this winter, I didnt think their prices were too bad, maybe a little high for a thrift store, but the store was clean and the merchandise was in good condition. However, after I had been there for 5 minutes, I was asked to leave the store because my sidearm was making others uncomfortable. I bet they would not have asked a police officer to leave, but I am not part of that "special class". I will not be giving them my business again, nor others like myself who wish to exercise their right to keep and bear arms......I can find many other stores with better prices.

Poor Marketing! Why not advertise in store which color tags are on sale? This store used to let its customers know which items were on sale. Now its like its some kind of secret. When I walk in and see nothing to indicate there is a sale... On a Monday of all days... Why would I bother to browse? The donated items are incredibly over priced. Ross and Kholes have better deals and their stuff is new! Too bad... I used to be a rbe guest customer... With six kids... You know I buy a lot! Now... My business goes to Goodwill, Ross and Kholes!

The management here is AWFUL! They are extremely rude. Im even more appalled at how they treat their employees. They talk down to them as if they are scum and I refuse to support a place that does this. Being part of a large corporation, my work would NEVER treat any of their employees the way this place does. The entire management needs to be trained how to treat a human being with respect (customers and employees alike). I truly hope that there will be a positive change soon. I would be absolutely miserable if I had to work there.

Thankful how close it is to my home. The prices can be a bit steep for being used items. Luckily I donate a lot so get coupons :) Not a fan that clothes are mixed in but think that has to do with customers not the employees. If something is ripped or broken probably shouldnt be selling it. Such as was looking at boots the other day and the heal was broken. Not sure how that made it on the floor. Also charging $9.99 for them? Great customer service with the staff though unless you have to return something. Good luck!

They have a variety of clothes, all second hand of course. They have a few toys, some are in better condition than others, but over all okay. The staff there are awesome. Customer service is great, but the return policy is lacking. You cannot return items for the original amount, but you return items for a different item of the same value.

Overpriced just like goodwill. You would think a store that sells products that were donated would have reasonable prices. Only gave 2 stars because the staff is friendly, establishment is clean and they dont sell on ebay like goodwill.

This is the worst location Ive ever been to. Its like an outlet of all the other stores junk! No name brands and if you stable across one, its totally worn out and gross. I never find a single thing here and their prices are ridiculous.

Value Village fun inexpensive with just a few dollars you can buy household needs clothes toys. Other peoples spring cleaning might just be your treasure. Clean stores lots of parking accessible for wheelchairs.

i hate to give out the secret but this is consistently the best thrift store in downtown puyallup/south hill area. a 5 star rating is required necessarily due to grading thrift stores on a curved scale.

It was clean, I found the basics that I needed. They are ready for Halloween. It was organized. Many items are priced well, singe are higher than I feel they should be for used. Parking lot is dirty.

The prices keep going up. There is a wide selection if you are the right size. My daughter was followed around the store by one of the employees. It made her feel very uncomfortable.

Well organized and clean. Good selection of Mens shirts. Not much in the way of suits or blazers. Prices felt a touch on the high side, but still a great value.
