Their inventory has declined along with their labeling. For the past two years their halloween section was giant this year they have things set up so it only looks that way. 80% more display tables set up (so a person in a wheelchair could not fit by the way) with product carefully spread out same with display racks. But as far as real things to puck through? I was highly disappointed plus you couldnt find where half their inventory was. Only things clearly labeled was their hallowen stuff. But their staff was still as nice as ever.

Their prices are too high for used goods. A lot of the products are priced within 5 dollars of the price of the same item brand new. When I asked they said it was corporate pricing. However, I have seen lower pricing on clothes at other Olympia/Tacoma based stores so I think there is a little room for pricing improvement at this store. I rated it a 2 star because their furniture is usually priced well. They get tons of it and cant store it. Although they take in a lot of junky furniture too.

Great selection terrible staff communication women who rang me up forgot my item I called they told me to pick it up two days later came for item no one could find it and lady told me she was not the one who rang me up even tho her name was at the top of the receipt the boss told me she would figure out what happened even tho I clearly had told her what happend it has been about a week and she still has not got back to me she also refused a refund or an exchange

I go here at least once a week, just looking to kill some time, and can honestly say Ive never purchased anything here. The prices are just way too high. Ive gone in multiple times and saw that they were selling used (in bad shape) items for just a few dollars under retail! Unless you catch them on a sale, good luck getting even a remotely good deal. Value Village is cheaper, has a better selection and the workers are much more helpful.

Theres always great finds in this particular Goodwill, and its usually pretty quiet and the staff is some of the nicest I have ever encountered. Please note, Ive only ever gone there during the early morning, so your mileage might vary at other times of the day. As with any other business, in order to receive good service, remember to be nice to the staff.

Prices are kinda high for the used goods they get for free here. And their employees are not paid very well either. But they do have a lot of useful stuff that makes visiting worth it sometimes. Unless you find something great that someone ripped the price tag off of and they wont sell it to you. They also have Halloween stuff out.

Im not a big fan of Goodwill in general - their prices tend to be high, and they get dirtier every year. This Goodwill is particularly dirty, but it has okay selection in all departments: clothes, furniture, housewares, toys. If youre thrifting and in the area, its worth a stop but I wouldnt go out of my way.
