I realize this is a discount store but this is a poor shopping experience for the savings. There is apparently a huge theft issue that there are security guards and a very aggressive fitting room attendant counting items to ensure Ive not hidden a dress in the layers of my clothes. While I appreciate they want to avoid theft, youre treated as guilty here before you demonstrate suspicious behavior which really doesnt warm me to ever wanting to return

Good selection of clothes, not a ton of great shoes, but it works. Prices are some of the lowest for the quality of the items. Would recommend this Ross for anyone in need of cheap new apparel
