I like the store and enjoy shopping there as a patron. I wont ever deal with consigning again, however. I purchased a $20 sweater, when I got home I realized the tags were missing so I had no washing instructions. I decided to wash it in cold water on gentle cycle. It shrunk into Barbie clothes. I brought the sweater back and tried to re-consign it, which they gave me a very hard time about. If it was good enough for me to buy why isnt it good enough for them to consign? It wasnt damaged, just too small! "Why did you wash it?" they wanted to know. I dont know about you, but when I buy used clothing...I ALWAYS WASH IT BEFORE I WEAR IT. In the end I am out $20 and they made very little effort to rectify the situation. Word of advice -- be careful what you buy, there are no returns and they probably wont take it back on consignment!!!!

Overpriced and forget about bringing things in for consignment unless you are on "their" level and look the part, Ive actually asked my grandma to bring my things in and they always are more than excited to take them from her after telling me they werent up to par... theyve always got something negative to say. Some of the newer staff are nice enough, but the ones whove been there longer are rude and have no qualms about it. As for the stuff they actually put out on the floor, its so-so, much of it is worn or out of style but the childrens area has some good things if you wait for them to discount because of over-pricing.

Nice big consignment store. The prices are a bit high but the quality & detail to the clothes is excellent. There was a special running and the clerk and cashier mentioned I would get a discount but she got distracted and forgot to add it. No problem the price was reasonable for what I purchased but I think if there is an offered discount there should be a checks & balance to make sure the customers bill is correct. I did not figure it out till after I got home and Im not visiting here long enough to go back...I recommend checking them out on a regular basis if you live here.

Ridiculously overpriced. I saw USED, worn out clothing for 70% of what you could get it for new. Same for the furniture and baby items. $60 for a used pack-n-play? Are you serious!?! If you are willing to buy used you might as well buy it on craigslist or ebay for a fraction of what this store sells it for. Try the other thrift stores in town first-- though not Goodwill, as they are also way over-priced.

The place is totally overpriced. Most of the items I was looking at were priced $50 and over. This is a used clothing shop not brand new. Also, I took in a bunch of clothing that I had price tags on them and they said that they would not take them. IT was because they were not High end items. They were clothing from Old Navy, JC penny and so on.

Great shop!! I love to be able to buy a pair of American Eagle jeans for like $12 they have all kinds of brands, styles and sizes to fit your own style and budget. Their staff is very friendly and always willing to explain why the are not taking some of the items I take in for consigment. They always seems to be improving their quality.

Ive always gotten judgmental looks from the employees every time Ive ever set foot in here. They all seem very uptight. The prices are way too high. The dressing rooms arent private enough. And theyre ridiculously picky about what donations they will accept.

I shopped here once in my whole life, I bought work boots when I was a teenager. But I went in recently to sell some of my clothes and their service was much better then I remembered and they had improved in size and quality.

The kids area has this cage that looks like a prison cell only has a TV that a little kid cant even see! Then the furniture looks super dirty. Last thing is the staff is rude like they just got back from anger management.
