Just patiently waited 20 minutes for a price check, Kimberly who helped me was VERY apologetic, when as the only cashier I let her help other customers until Cody responded with her price request...He NEVER did. Then her computer went down. I asked what happened to Cody helping, she was getting nervous and as the District Managers are walking the store you see Cody finally appear & help the line. I let Kimberly know I would just go find something else. When I returned with my 2nd choice item, I asked Cody if I could be helped or if I needed to get back in line, he reluctantly helped me. I tried to explain the situation, he snarkly replied, I told her a price, but I knew you wouldnt like it. 3x the price of my 2nd choice item. He was not a very good solution. I went to my car, called to speak to a manager, was put on hold for 3 more minutes, when I heard the words this is Cody can I help you....I hung up. Someone needs better customer service training...smh. Be prepared for struggles at this store.

Look, I get it, you only want to return things onto the same method of purchase. Its a great way to avoid fraud, I get that. Sometimes though, someone needs to return a birthday present. Sometimes the birthday boy even has the receipt for the items to be returned. But to not have an option to do a birthday return for anything but store credit, ESPECIALLY when its a low value item (under $15), its kind of like saying to the customer, "happy birthday, we got you a big waste of your time". No, I didnt do the return. I left. Thanks Ross.

I like this particular Ross store. The majority of the time... the store is well organized, the employees are friendly, and they have a good selection for each of the different departments. Im giving 4 instead of 5 because their shopping carts need to be cleaned. I tried to get a clean one and ten of them all had grime in the cracks... who wants to put new cloths on a dirty surface before buy or trying on?

Horrible experience. The "Loss prevention" employees in the store was definetly racially profiling me. I have never felt more uncomfortable. Bieng stalked around the store while I shopped. Purchused over $80 worth of merchendise and will not be returning to this establishment. I made this aware to the floor manger. Only hope this complaint was taken seriously. Steer clear

Went in to return shoes that were 29.99 and they gave me only 20.99 dollars in credit store and they kept the 9 dollars then asked if I could have them back they said no. Also they took like 9 min to call us up and there was only 1other person for returns. Im not going back to that store.

Clothes have gotten cheaper than ever before. Nothing is made of cotton. Everything seems to be the lowest quality that doesnt last and just doesnt look really good. Everything seems to be of low quality when in the past you could get great bargains with quality products. Wont be back.

Great experience! I found a figurine there unexpectedly that I found find anywhere else. The security guard welcomed us into the store when we walked in. And the cashier was pretty nice too. I recommend this store. Its a new one and its organized unlike many other ones Ive been to.

No one to xcheck people out lots of customers complaining. Also telling people if you have clothing you need to remove from hanger and put hangers on the rack at check out area. I dont think I will shop there again. It will not be a place I would suggest anyone to shop at.

Its a typical Ross store. This one is pretty big and it is actually kept pretty organized. While I only bought some socks today, I will definitely be back. Ross is always worth going in to, but its hit and miss, today was a miss. I will go back in a month and try again

This was the first time I had ever shopped at a Ross store and it seemed like they take their security seriously. They had an employee watching the dressing rooms like a hawk and you couldnt take the shopping carts out of the store. It was very unusual to me.

Ross is always a great place to find a clothing bargain! I like the variety that the Clackamas store receives, and I love the clearance rack treasures they have!! I never pay full price for anything, I use coupons and discount cards at every opportunity....

Not a bad place to shop. Sometimes you wont find what youre looking for. Inventory changes often. They are a discount outlet store. Lots of women and childrens clothing and household goods. Worth stopping by now and again to see what they have now.

The people are always Pleasant and ready to help you and theres always security at the front so you feel safe. The sections pretty good and on Tuesdays they have incredible deals on clothes ridiculously low priced clothes on Tuesdays.
