I am not sure where to begin explaining about how amazing this store and the owners are. I had to buy something for a friend who just moved to Park City and they went above and beyond for us. Doug patiently helped me pick a hat, then he helped hand deliver the item and its a huge hit. They were so kind, wouldnt deliver the hat unless someone was home and just acted as though they were delivering to one of their family members. This is old school customer service like you just dont find anywhere else anymore. I wish I lived closer to Utah, so that I could thank them in person and come by the store. Doug and Connie are just wonderful humans, who reminded me what American values are all about. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Doug knows what to do. My husband and I walked in many times and he has shirts, corduroy trousers, everything. I called it "Utah Formal" for work wear. Heck, he could even wear Bass loafer shoes to complete the picture. But Bass is another story. We vacationed at Hotel Park City two weeks ago to say hello to Doug and his wife. They were not present but we sent kind regards. I am to shoes as my husband is to clothing. We hate shopping for both. But Doug knows that conundrum and takes care of the big, tall guys. Unless we go back west, he can only use Dougs expertise on weekends.
