I do really like the prices and I have found some great things but the only couple things I have a problem with is how messy the store can be and how rude some of cashiers are. One girl in particular is always really snobby and she even asked me one time if I wanted my change back! Um why wouldnt I want my change back and why would you even ask? You just automatically give customers their change back no matter how much it is. Then I said uh yeah I want my change because Ive never had anyone ask before then she gave me a dirty look and then didnt say anything like thanks for coming or have a good day.

I like the low prices and nice clothes. Sometimes clothes are sewed incorrectly or they are low quality, but you can get some good deals on nice things. Its a good place to get art stuff, such as, paints for kids and canvas.

the person that wrote that the store is moving to the Salem center is incorrect. I work at this Ross and it is not moving. A new store will be opening in the Mall; however, this store is not relocating...

Customer service was not good today. Felt cashiers were on the defense when asked a simple question concerning the lines. We will be going to the Keizer Station Ross from now on.

Its a store. It carries clothes and household goods. The prices are generally reasonable. Its not a dirty store but it can feel a little disorganized at times.

Theres always a line. Today there were two cashiers behind the desk and one was so busy playing with clothes, she didnt care that there was a line forming.

I agree with the other reviews that this store is crowded most of the time, but for good reasons. There is something for everyone and the prices are great.

This Ross has a great selection of items, friendly staff & they even let me bring my 8 week year old puppy in with no problems!

Found a good amount of deals on items thar are usually over priced. They have a ample selection of items for anybody needs

Its jammed packed with clothes. The staffs really nice but they dont have a wide verity of mens clothing and shoes
