Ross sucks when it comes to customer service. I also dealt with one of the district managers named Will and he always gave me the run around when dealing with a situation. I also applied for a job and he told me in a very rude manner that I am never going to be a Ross type of candidate which I do have over 10 years customer service experiences. I also believe he did this because he doesnt want to hire a learning disable person.

I enjoy shopping at Ross. But I called today to see if they had what I was looking for, but they tell me they are slammed and have no one to look... ? IT take one min to look. I dont want to drive from Albany to Corvallis to find they dont have what I am looking for. (Got a window Panel at Ross in Albany & need one more..)

Best deal on new good clothes. I never buy new shoes from a department store when I can get the same thing at Ross for over half the price at a department store. You have to go in there every week or two and youll find what youve been looking for, with the good deal.

Employees were not very helpful my husband stated they were rude to him we are going back in to give them another run Ross has been the spot for us for 6 years we are a crew of 9 Ross from state to state has been nice. Be nice its the Oregon way!

This Ross has odd empty spaces, looks dirty, and really doesnt have much of a selection of anything. Youre better off driving to Albany.
