Be VERY cautious when shopping at Panache on Broadway! I bought a pair of their wedges last night shortly before going out. I wore them out with a friend to a bar; wearing them in total of about four hours with a few side-stops along the way. By the time I got home the heels were almost completely torn off of the body of the shoes. I went to take them back today and calmly explained that I understood their type of store and their no return policy (people would be returning costume jewelry right and left). But I pointed out the obvious fact that the product that they were selling was DEFECTIVE, and that an exception needed to be made. They would not budge on their policy. Finally the manager came out and told me that I could, "keep the shoes along with the in-store credit" and that, "I could take them to the shoe repair down the street". When he saw on my face that was not the outcome I had wanted he said, "queen, dont complain were giving you free shoes". ... In my head I was like, Dont complain? You sold me utter TRASH and then told me to go on my own dime to fix it! I was too tired to complain further and left with these broken shoes and my credit. I have shoes from H&M that last longer than a few hours! Anyway, long story short, think twice before shopping at Panache. The owner basically doesnt care that he sells overpriced garbage to local customers.

This has become one of my favorite stores. Their full skirt dresses and quirky bohemian fashions keep me coming back. They have a great selection of over the top pieces that would make any costume worth a second look and their mask collection makes me swoon. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is helpful, honest and vivacious. I end up buying something here every week.

They have a fun selection of clothes you wont find elsewhere! I love all the twirly rockabilly-esque dresses, amongst many other things! The regular prices are more than I am willing to spend, but they have good sales if you keep checking back. The staff are extremely friendly and ready to help if you want assistance finding something.

I immediately walked into this store the moment I was passing by. Everyone there was so incredibly nice and helpful and they knew my sense of style IMMEDIATELY. I will definitely be returning soon. Ive been here several times for New Years Eve getups, and also Halloween costumes. They have a great selection, and high quality items for sale. Their customer service is great, and they went way out of their way to help me find what I needed.
