Called to see if they had a hay bale before I drove all the way to Aloha. I arrive and am told that the boss just drove off with them. I said, "I called." The store clerk said that there might be some bales in the back. He came back and said there werent any. He said the boss would be back later. Extremely poor customer service and definitely not encouraging repeat business. However, they did have good prices on dog food.

Staff is always a pleasure to interact with. They have everything we need to feed a menagerie of domestic and livestock in addition to other supplies, seeds, bedding etc. Cant recommend them enough as your local feed store; theres a lot of knowledge held here that you wont find in big box pet stores and youll get a much fresher alfalfa for that pet rabbit your kid demanded last Easter.

Such a great store! They have quality pet food and products that dont break the bank. Its obvious they not only care about their customers but their pets and projects too. I started shopping here about a year ago and got a few backyard chickens this spring, and they were incredibly helpful and even held a free class about raising chickens. This place is a local gem!

Went in there to get a (5-way shot) for my new born puppies, when I asked for it " he had no idea what it was and he has been there for a long time" had a real pissy attitude the whole time, if you dont want to work somewhere where one might ask questions GET A DIFFERENT JOB

The folks at Aloha Feed have always been friendly and very helpful. The one time I didnt find what I was looking for was because they didnt carry it.(cant remember what it was) So they told me who else would carry it!

I called to ask if they stock a certain item at 5.55 pm. Even though they close at 6.00 pm they waited for me to make it up there a few minutes after their open hours! Awesome staff!
