This is a great shop right in the downtown district! My dog will not let me pass it without going in. And i have noticed this is true for all the other dog owners in the area! there is a great selection of food, toys and accessories for not only dogs, but fish, reptiles, bunnies, cats, etc. And the other great thing about it is the self doggy wash with everything you need right there! This is a great place for locals and tourists! And Nick who works there, is happy, helpful and humorous which makes our visit an uplifting event!

Little pet store on a street corner on Astoria. Pain in the butt for parking but has everything you may need. Love that you can wash your dog in state of the dog art tubs and choice of shampoos for a simple fee. The sales clerk behind the desk was the best I have ever met. Wish the store was in my town. .

I was given a couple of guinea pigs and had no idea how to care for them but the staff was super helpful and I left with a wealth of knowledge in their specific needs and I found a great place to clean my pups, they even trim guinea and dog nails!

They try to sell you aquariums(terrible ventilation/no climbing opportunities) and pine bedding(deadly phenols) for rats, they also do not seperate the sexes soon enough I now know of 3 people who have bought females that ended up being pregnant.

Best pet shop in town! Aquarium stuff is very limited (doesnt change much) but the staff is very friendly and will order anything that you might want. Pet food is comparable to online prices too which is awesome!

I especially love the staff, so helpful and kind, they cut my dogs nails for me. Helped me understand my bunny, and cured my fish tank...so helpful and kind!!!
