This business is great! I love that this is a family-run business, and they truly appreciate their customers. We bought our chickens at J Co this year, have regularly returned to purchase our chicken supplies, and the owners recognize us and call us by name. Additionally, the owners of J Co were more than generous in making a large donation of pet supplies for our Little League fundraiser basket -- very very generous!

Incredible service from the time I called until the time I left. I went over for chicken feed and checked out their cat and dog food too. Great prices on great products. Because I had my baby with me the guy put the feed in my car without even asking while I was checking out then gave me a hand with the other item. Great people!

So helpful and mindful of their products as well as the customer needs and budget! I wont go anywhere else now!! Spending close to $700 monthly on livestock feed and then my specialty grain free dog food, I need a resource I trust when I have questions. Jco has been AMAZING!

They really know their dog food. saved my dog from going to the vet and not to mention the vet bills $$$$. From their dog and cat food to horse feeds they carry them all or they can special order. They treat you like family. I JUST LOVE THIS STORE..

Terrible service. Told I couldnt get a price check over the phone on an item because the employee was on the other line. No offer to call me back. They dont have what I need anyway but customer service needs definite improvement.
