Ive been going to this local pet shop for the last one year purchasing food for my King Snake. Every time I enter I feel like Im a part of their family. I get greeted by first name, I dont need to tell them what I need and each staff member is equipped with knowledge of each type of animal they are selling. Not only they are knowledgeable with their pet products. They are also animal lovers, that would recommend any tips that would help your animal become much happier. The overall place is extremely clean, Business hours are reasonable open every day I just keep it simple and remember they are open at 10-6pm M-S and Sunday 12-5pm. Something like that. If any case you are running late by 15mins before store is closing please give them a call 80% of the time they will wait for ya. They do have a website online but with inventory changing everyday its best to give them a call or visit. For pricing its reasonable. Your paying the 5% mark up compared to PetCo for their expertist and professionalism. The worst thing that can happen to a customer is being told so and so product works for so and so and later finding out it was the wrong product. Thats all for my review.

I cant even discribe the horrific scent when I walk into the store and how dirty it is. The staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable, and they have a great selection of pet supplys but they do not care for the animals at all wich is surprising. The animals cages are filthy and way to small. They have a beautiful macaw that is the owners bird that lives in a tiny cage at the store but is plucking and quite depressed, it is in a room with lots of other birds in cages, but none of the birds have a window or anything to look at, they are in dirty cages with no toys and there water supply is gross! One bird seemed sweet so I started talking to it and it was mimicking me, so I stuck my finger in its cage to scratch its head and it but me so hard I bled, because the poor bird was frustrated and wanted to get out. So to conclude: its a great place to buy pet supplys but I do not reccomend purchasing a pet.

The staff are amazing unlike petcos stupid staff. The animals are great, they seem very healthy and know what humans are and im sure they are used to them. its a very loud pet store, but hey-pets are loud! the choices between the cages, animals food is endless! there are some animals living inside some cages that are for sale with them! the rodents are especially cute! the staff are really amazing, helpful at any possible situation. i come here once every year or two! Im very impressed with the service here from the staff. they take great care of the animals and each other and certainly everything they sell. they are carefull with anything they lift, get down, or walk around with. Their location is fantastic and couldnt ask for a better pet store! they are inexpensive, and they have an aweome bird, and mouse collection!

Have bought a total of 3 birds from them and would not go anywhere else!! They are the most knowledgeable about everything they sell then every other pet shop I have been to, about their animals and their items as well. They are very honest. If they feel that you are not a right match for one of their animals, they tell you! They genuinely care about their creatures, whether a bird, a gecko, or even feeder crickets. 5 stars! Love this place and will continue to come for years and years to come.

The staff was very helpful and the price was very reasonable. When I walked into the store I thought the animals selling here would be well cared for according to the website, but when I bought a hamster and I brought it home, it was infested with rat mites, something that shows the environmental status in their cages were not as clean as I first thought. As a careful warning, please be careful on what you buy.

Kudos to this store for selling rats as pets and charging the appropriate price (not treating them as disposable). Very happy to have found such a great pet store right on the other side of the park from my place. My new little one is very healthy and I am very grateful.

Wow! Every time we have an unexpected - is there any other kind- crisis, they have exactly what we need. They are small, yet intelligently stocked. The people are super informed and helpful, and the prices are very reasonable. They are also really convenient.

I love this place. I go there as much as I can for my pet supplies. Good prices good people and great products. I prefer this place over the big corporate giants like Petco and PetSmart this place is just as good for half the price.

This store sells not only pets but also lots of pet items, including food and bedding. Im very grateful that this store also carries a wide variety of bird food, including chicken layer for my hens.
