I cannot say enough good things about Mud Bay at Scholls Ferry and its staff, especially Gina. Our dog has not been eating much, if anything, over several days (amisdst acute health issues) and the staff at Mud Bay has gone out of their way to give him treats, give us samples of any and everything to try, and to allow us to even bring back for a refund anything our dog wouldnt eat, even if we had opened the package. They doted on our dog and showed such care and compassion. We are so appreciative and grateful for their kindnesses and efforts. You have earned a new devoted customer. Than you, Mud Bay and Gina!

Adopted a kitten from the Human Society and with it came coupons for mud bay. I was blown away by how knowledgeable and friendly the staff are. The prices are competitive and the products they sell are excellent quality. Even though its a little out of my way, I will continue shopping here. Definitely give them a try if youve never been here before.

I used to love it, until I went in to replace a cat toy and found some treats while I was looking. They asked if they could hold them at the counter for me. Im pretty sure its because I was wearing a hoodie and they thought I was going to steal the treats. I bought the items and left feeling very embarrassed. I had shopped there all of the time.
