Best customer service I have ever had. Learned about what food I should give my kitties, was given tons of free samples to ensure we find a food my cats like, and even got a than you card at checkout because it was my first visit to the store. The man who helped me was super knowledgeable, very helpful, and totally willing to walk the store and answer my questions! I 100% recommend Mud Bay for all of your pet needs!

Always a rude experience at this location. The other locations and the company is great and have quality pet products but the staff and some of their clients are snooty and disdainful.
