This place used to be good - in 2014 and before. CONS: ●Now, the customer service is poor. I feel like I, as a customer, am not important. When the employees tested my gun and it ended up being 50fps over the limit, they were really rude about it instead of just casually saying, "Sorry dude, this wont cut it." ●The rental guns give two outcomes: 1.) They immediately jam causing you to switch to another gun that 2.) Shoots too soft and not far enough to reliably hit targets - even with my own 9.6V supplied(because the battery they gave me with the gun was forgottten by them to get charged). The goggles and facemasks they charge you a decent $2 for fog up easily or have scratches that obscure view or wont adjust to my head. ●The best part of my day recently was getting stacked on the team opposite the regulars. My three buddies and I were on the "bands" team, with yellow and blue bands on our arms, with every kid under 16 on the signup sheet. The "no bands team" consisted of regulars whos guns were FPS checked and then modified or werent checked at all(this being based on the only evidence I have: I was shot in the goggles which caused them to break and fall off my face[PRO-to which a successful "Blind Man!" relay call was made-PRO, and the game stopped till I arrived in the lobby to search for another wonderful and quality pair] all because I am pretty sure the "no bands"s guns were let in the arena with a blind eye. ●The least the employees and manager-on-duty couldve done to balance the teams wouldve been to let me use my R-93 Blaser Sniper Rifle (420FPS) or my M4 AEG (407FPS) to balance it out a little. But, instead, my party and I believed we were handed the short stick in favor of the regulars. ●I would say I wont be back, but, I have to at some point. This is because we had paid for two 3-hour sessions and had to leave after the first session because my friends parents had to get home; instead of refunding us our $60, the manager-on-duty gave us each a free 3-hour pass (granted it has no exp. date) and pointed out their "All sales are final. We were very upfront about that," policy which was actually not pressed on us at all at the time of purchase. I found that there was a small sticker on their POS terminal that had the phrase on it. But in my opinion, a small sticker does not qualify as "Upfront". PROS ●Rules are strictly enforced(on normal players). ●Rules are loosely enforced on regulars(which is good because now all I have to do is become a regular and I will benefit from this). ●"Blind Man"(glasses coming off) and "Admin!"(gun not working) emergency relay calls are attended to immediately. ●Best indoor course in Oklahoma.

I tried to give these guys another chance to do right by me as a customer. Unfortunately, they are still up to some of their old tricks! Their prices reflect the highest youll find anywhere and up to 40% over retail in some cases. I knew this before I decided to purchase but that isnt what angers me as a consumer. One of the items I purchased is the NC STAR VISM First Responders Bag. This bag is sold readily by everyone including Wal-Mart as coming with a rifle magazine pouch and a double pistol magazine pouch...look it up for yourselves if you like. However, Airsoft Tulsa & Outdoor Sports LLC decided to charge the highest price of all the distributors after removing the rifle and pistol magazine pouches that were included from the manufacturer! To be fair, I did call for an explanation and spoke to KASHI who said "Thats how we chose to package that item." Buyers Beware! Do youre homework before getting taken advantage of by this store. They have a no refund policy. If you must, use a credit card to be able to protect your money. Shame on you guys for taking advantage of the people getting into the sport as well as some of the veterans. Very dishonorable in my book!

I have been shopping at airsoft tulsa for over 5 years now and they are still the best place to go. They are the only place that has the best prices for the best quality of airsoft. Airsoft Tulsa also has quality items that dont break easily like the ones you buy from other retailers. They offer the best tech works anywhere. There are so many people that say they sell cheap airsoft guns, but if you really look for it online, its so much more expensive when you include shipping and time waiting for the shipment. By ordering online, you dont have the experience of looking at it hands on before you purchase it. Once you get it in the mail, it might be broken and wont get any warranty. But with airsoft tulsa, they have their in-store warranty plus they offer great tech work for any problems that you might have with any of your airsoft guns. They even offer tech work for guns bought outside of their shop. Their techs are great at what they do. I have never had any problems at all. Airsoft Tulsa has great service and great airsoft. I totally recommend this place to everyone.

This was possibly the worst service I ever received. If you decide to make a purchase here, make sure you use a credit card so you can dispute the charges if needed. Their management will refuse any returns even if the product you purchased doesnt fit correctly. I purchased a weaver rail for my Remington 870 shotgun to mount a red dot sight. The hunk of metal had a sticker that said "870" on it and I was assured by sales staff it would fit over the receiver. Well it did not fit, the screw holes did not align properly with the receiver pins and were about 1/8 an inch too wide. They refused to refund my money and said I would need to bring my gun in so a "tech" can install. Im sorry, but I dont want them touching my gun and attempting to force a screw through a whole which doesnt align. They then told me to come back during the week when the General Manager is there. Im sorry, but Im not ever stepping foot in that store again and will ensure none of my friends do.

They are terrible. They have a huge selection of CRAP. Walls and walls of CRAP. The crap goes on for ever. I would not purchase a pile of crap gun from Airsoft Tulsa. AVOID this place. They sell CRAP CRAP CRAP. Did I mention they sell CRAP. There customer service is horrific. Check out there return policy before you buy or you will get screwed from the crap they sell. [This is an example testimonial from a Airsoft Tulsa Employee telling the truth.] "Im sorry we do not give refunds you must trade the piece of crap we sold you for another piece of crap". "Did I mention that this gun will be crappy as well." [One Airsoft Employee talking to another Airsoft Employee.] "Hey there airsoft employee 1". "I sold tons of crap today!!! The stupid people buying dont even know I am selling them crap. " Yeah our customers are so stupid" They dont even know we have a 500% mark up on our guns that come from china".

Got a G36 kit with mods Christmas eve. Had a small plastic piece fall out. Turns out the hop up was stress cracked. They were really busy being just after Christmas. Took a little talking but they pulled a new gun out of the box and replaced my broken hop up. I was wondering how this was going to go. I am pleasantly impressed. Thanks guys! Justin (I believe was his name) was a great help. Well its been almost a year, I am sad to say that this place will get ZERO business from me. Had some major issues and got in return? A lot of excuses. Their poor customer service has driven me to the competitor. Which I am happy to report has given me great service and has gotten a lot of business from me. Johnny and his band of little boys can go fly a kite as far as I am concerned. I have even had to listen to them bad mouth other people and their stores. This is very unprofessional.
