I ordered my veil online from Amara Bridal and the experience was amazing! I live in Florida and had fallen in love with an Edward Berger for Mon Cheri veil back in 2015 when I first ordered my dress. I had decided to keep shopping around for veils but nothing ever compared to that initial one I fell in love with. When I finally decided to order the Edward Berger veil I only had a month left before my June 2016 wedding! I ordered the veil online from Amara Bridal and I received an update the next day that my order had been placed with Edward Berger. Apparently these veils are made to each order and the initial delivery date was scheduled for July 27th (a month after my wedding)! Amara Bridal immediately recognized this and helped me get a rush order on my veil and updated me frequently throughout the entire process. When they had not received my veil 2 weeks before my wedding they contacted Edward Berger almost daily to monitor and update me on the status of my order. The manager of the boutique even called me herself to update me and help put my mind at ease. As soon as Amara Bridal received my veil they overnighted it to me to make sure I had it in time. I received my veil a few days before my wedding and it was absolutely perfect! If it werent for Amara Bridals great customer service and constant communication I would have been completed stressed out! They really went above and beyond to assist me even though it was my own fault for ordering it so late. Thank you Amara Bridal and to the wonderful women who made sure I had my dream veil on my special day!

In response to the owners reply to my review: Again complete lies from you. I gave my review. My review is true to how my experience with your business was and how you treated me. Others gave you and your business positive reviews which is fair enough they must have had a very different experience. Sadly mine was anything but positive. It was an absolute nightmare. I contacted the store 2 months prior to my appointment. At that time I provide dress size and budget. In the 2 months leading up to my appoinootment we communicated confirming everything. I also sent pictures of dresses I liked. The store seemed accommodating and said they would have everything ready and promised they had dresses in budget/size to try on. I showed up to the appointment and nothing was ready, there were no dresses in my size, and the owner spent 20 mins saying she never spoke to me call or email (how did we make the appointment then hug). She lied, I showed her the emails with her signature, and showed the time stamped calls. After seeing those she then said "I am running a business which means I didnt have time to prepare for each person or to give everyone a great experience, or really pay attention to what I email so you cant hold me to it". It was horrible it took everything in me not to burst into tears.

Rebecca was amazing! She was so patient with me and my family who came in with me. She makes you feel so welcomed in her store and the fact that the store is by appointment only makes it a great experience! After my appointment with her I canceled all my other appointments other places and only wanted to work with her. I tried on a few dresses but had my heart set on a dress that wasnt in the store. Rebecca made sure to find it for me and get it in her store because she knew how much I loved it! I was so pleased to have someone care that much to make me happy on my wedding day. I could tell she wasnt doing it for the sale she was doing it because she wanted to do it for me. I have had the best experience at Amara Bridal and will be recommending it to everyone!

This store is different than any other. You get a completely personalized experience. You get the store to yourself and you are the complete priority. At the beginning of the appointment, you sit down and talk about what you want, budget, and get a quick explanation on what to expect for both style and price on all the designers. There was a great variety of selection for style and prices. They listen to your budget and do everything they can to get you the best price. I cannot say enough good things about this store. Great service and I found my dream dress!
