I had an amazing experience at Crystals Wedding Gowns. Jaqeuline and Bryan offered a one on one experience that I did not find anywhere else. They were my last stop on a already disappointing and frustrating experience with other bridal stores. I was overwhelmed because I was told I would never get a dress in time and buying something off the rack would be would be my only option. I came in towards the end of May and Im getting Married 9/9/2016. They made my day so much better and treated me with kindness. They made me feel like a bride. I tried on several dresses and their one in particular that I kept coming back to. It only took 24 hours and I was back with my mother and said "yes to the dress."

I do not have any of my own experiences to compare the experience I had at Crystal Wedding Gown but I have went to many friends appts to try wedding dresses and nothing can compare to the experience that is offered. Crystal Wedding Gown makes you feel special the moment you walk in the door from locking the doors and allowing you to be the only bride trying on dresses to being patient when you cant narrow down the dress and making sure the dress is put on the way it will fit you on your big day! If you are looking for beautiful dresses with a one of a kind experience I would suggest visiting Jacqueline and Bryan!

We went to Crystals this weekend to find a gown for my sister. We had 4 appointments scheduled around the city, but only went to this one! Our consultant, Jacquline, was fabulous. She is an absolute expert and so incredibly helpful in all ways. My sister is the most indecisive person I know and I thought wed be dress shopping for weeks. We tried on 6 dresses at Crystals before we found, "the one." They were all Gorgeous. Every. last. one. of them. We were blown away by the amazing selection and great service we received at Crystals. Wed absolutely recommend them.
