The employees are always very friendly. However, they do not have any internet access or way to print something when you are on the go. If you need something printed, you either have to email it to them or put it on a flash drive. Then the charge you $2.50 to print it out for you. So my one page UPS shipping label cost $2.60! And another time, I sent them 10 separate emails, when I could have put all of the files into one email. You guessed it, $22.50 plus one dollar. FedEx, Staples, Office Depot, or Office Max or whatever they combine into is far easier and more cost effective. There are many other UPS stores that have more self service options. Finally, I called them because I needed to ship something. I made it there before they closed on Saturday prior to Labor Day, only to be told that the product wouldnt ship until Tuesday. I would definitely not use this store to ship UPS or anything else for that matter.

I have used the online printing service at other UPS stores and have had a good experience. I moved recently, and am now using this store. 3 times in a row now, they have not taken care of my printing order. The first time employee did not know how to print item. Second time, 2 days to print a single page. Third time, ordered an item on Friday morning (single page color copy) It is now Monday morning at 11am. Had to call store to see what was going on. Person who answered phone knew nothing about order. She went through emails and found it. They are horrible about checking their emails. Granted, it is less than a 2 dollar print job, but if you offer the service, do the job!!

Drove an hour each way to meet a man that was signing a title for me. Needed a notary. Called ahead to ensure there would be one available and there was. Both of the women I talked to were extremely friendly and helpful. If I lived closer I would visit them more often!

This location is under new ownership! Second store in Centerville for owners with nearly a decade of experience at the St Rt 725 location near Paragon. Excellent Customer Service!

Overpriced compared to other UPS stores. Expect to pay hidden charg even tape you box. Printing is expensive, you have to pay a flat printing change plus per page charge.
