Im getting an account on line so i can remove this store from handling my package (i hope the manager/owner gets a chance to read this) While the manager was on maternity leave, the acting manager Sierra tried to hold/misplace my package in retaliation for me calling to complain about how rudely she treated me. I called the corporate office and had an investigation sent out, UPS finally helped me track down my package and we got it back!!! I guess Sierra thought that since this store is privately owned, shed get away with it, she underestimated how much UPS would care about its customers!!! Thank you to the West Carleton hub for helping me! :) To the owner: i sure hope youre little one is healthy, hope you can get back soon, unfortunately i was told by Sierra that there is no contact info she is allowed to give me to contact you so you have to hear it this way :( it must be too much pressure for Sierra to be acting manager because shes being extremely rude to YOUR stores customer, and she lost you this one. :(

I had a package that was supposed to be shipped directly to my address, I called the company and they located it and found it had been mistakenly shipped to the Oakwood UPS store, Chad from the company contacted them for me to pick up . I went to pick it up, I asked why they did not call me since my number was listed clearly on the package, she was very rude in her response and frankly uncaring , So I contacted the company that shipped me the package tolet them know I had picked it up , Chad also stated he received the same type of response from the lady. Interesting to get the same kind of unfreindly response from two different people. Beware this store will not call you if your package arrives. I wonder what happens to those packages that is mistakenly shipped this location ? If the owner wishes to contact me or the company that shipped that package I will gladly provide the contact info.

Went to this location today to drop off some tickets, which usually takes about 30 seconds. I understand being busy, but the one of employees stood and talked with a customer for five minutes after she had helped him. The other cashier helped me and said to get an envelope (usually they provide the normal thin envelope for mailing StubHub tickets), so I grabbed a padded envelope and she put it all together and said I just have to ring you up for the package. Said there werent any free envelopes at this location. The other woman broke away from her deep conversation with the customer to show her the correct envelope. So then I waited to make sure she put the ticket in the right envelope. No apologizes or anything, just have a great day. Not a big deal, but Ill hesitate to go back to this location. Both women had glssses, one was older and one was younger, I didnt catch their names.

WORST PLACE EVER! They charged me $24.00 to ship a DVD, did not tell me that there was an extra charge for fragile materials. Did you notify when I was doing my shipping of the extra costs. I should have just bought the DVD from amazon and shipped for half the cost! I just looked online at the Post Office, it would have cost me $6.80. I had no time to run to the post office, I needed to get it out today. When I asked if it would have been cheaper to go to the post office the man and woman there said, you would have to buy the packaging....well I looked online and the flat rate which includes the box at the post office was $6.80.

The people here are very knowledgeable and helpful. I was trying to get PDFs of passports and passport photos that are required for eVisas in India and Cambodia. The Cambodia requirements were easy but the Indian eVisa requirements severely limited the file size and Erica (one of the assistant managers) was so helpful in the multiple attempts required to get the scanned files small enough to successfully submit. She was my hero. Wonderful to have this facility so close.

I love this local UPS store! I save so much time since they have previous addresses that I send packages to already in their system. Saves so much time, and I do not have to make labels at home. Also, the service is always fast and friendly...they acknowledge you as soon as you walk in the door! Plus, I love how I can just drop off my returns that have prepaid labels.

The staff at the Oakwood UPS store are always extremely friendly, helpful and competent. I live in downtown Dayton, about four miles away, but I always use this store. If you are looking for a place to have packages shipped to, mail your boxes or just buy office supplies, this is the place. Check them out; you wont be disappointed.

I was shipping electronics and they ensured that it was safely and securely packaged to make sure it arrived at its destination the same condition it was in when it left.

Possibly new ownership? Ive been using this UPS store for years without being impressed with the level of service offered there. However, I believe it is now under new ownership and the customer service aspect has increased ten-fold. The folks there now are very friendly, quick and helpful.

Called them at 3:50pm. The woman who answered told me they close at 5pm. Drove 20 mins to get there and they were closed. Sign said they close at 4pm!! Wasted our time and gas.
