As a Soldier using Tricare and limited to certain network Doctors I sometimes find myself at the mercy of some pretty sketchy offices. Optimal Eye care however is not one of those, I have received two annual exams at this location and both times were a very pleasant experience. The longest I have waited to start my exam after walking in the front door is maybe 30 seconds, soon as you’re checked in someone is taking you back to get started. The staff there is great and very friendly, in addition both Dr. Engler and Dr. Hackley are phenomenal they take the time to show and explain everything they are looking for to you, giving you a good since of security that you are in good hands. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an eye doctor and especially to Military Families using Tricare.

I am very pleased with all the knowledge that was shared with me when I visited and had my exam. I learned quite a lot and believe this is important for me. I also feel like my needs in eye care were important to the doctor and the staff. I am pleased that I am finally able to use contacts and do not need to have reading glasses with me all the time. Very good experience and I highly recommend them.

Optimal Eye Care was great at getting me in for an appointment as soon as possible. Both the technicians and Dr. Hackley were friendly and knowledgeable and talked me through the various things that were happening without making me feel like a child. When it came time to pick out frames, they were very helpful and patient with me. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have been going to Optimal Eye for the past 5 years. I love the staff and Dr. Engler is the best! She treats each member of my family with professionalism and kindness. My kids love her and we wouldnt go anywhere else! Ann Marie is so great at helping pick out glasses and always has all the answers to my questions. Cant say enough great things about this practice!

We love Dr. Engler, have been seeing her for quite some time now. She does really good with my entire family. Need to get my other 2 sons in for glasses. They work really well with all types of insurance. I am a special needs patient, so they always treat me with respect when ordering my frames. Will continue to see Dr. Engler!!..;)

Just had our first visit with Optimal Eye at the new location in Lewis Center. Beautiful office and wonderful staff. Dr Sims was just wonderful and great with my kids.
