Ive never had a problem with any of the doctors, but the women at the front desk are just plain rude. I asked if I could pay for my contacts when I picked them up and she practically hung up on me. She said that she didnt "prefer" to do it that way. Well, what happened to customer service?! It doesnt matter how you prefer to do it lady, Im the customer.
