BUYER BEWARE! Complete rip-off on quality and standing behind their products. I purchased a real leather sectional with multiple electric recliners and a chaise. We spent over $5000.00 in July 2015. I also purchased the 5-year Guardian protection plan. And then I found out it was all a big joke. At approximately 14 months (Sep 2016), my dark leather began to turn orange in spots. I watched it continue for a few months and get worse and then called Guardian protection plan. They informed me that the color change was a “Manufacturing Defect” and not covered by the plan. LOL! They told me to call Ashley and they would take care of it “They are really good about these things”. So I called the Ashley store in Miamisburg OH (where purchased) and was told that it sounds like the dye did not take to the leather properly. I was told and sent in photos of the color changes via email to Trudy at Morris Furniture Company Guest Services.. They told me that they were only responsible for the first 12 months and there was nothing they could do for me! What a joke! I spent $5K, bought the Guardian warranty which they sell heavily as the safety net for anything (stains, rips, etc), and the couch made it 14 months before the Ashley manufacturing defect presented itself. How very convienent for Morris/Ashley Furniture. I will never buy from this place again. I advise anyone considering a purchase with this company to consider other options. Don’t believe you have a warranty. You do not have one that will cover their faults. Find another furniture store. And stay away from Morris Furniture. That’s just the parent company for Ashley. They are one in the same.

BUYER BEWARE I purchased a reclining sofa in February 2017. It is May now and the sofa is sagging in the seat area and the back cushioning is almost flat. I weigh 115 lbs. and I am the only one sitting on it. Ashleys sent out someone to access the sofa. He was very nice and said he would order repair cushions. He told me it would come UPS in big boxes. I informed him that I could not lift anything like that due to cancer and I have a compromised are due to the cancer. He wrote that down and said someone would call me. Clarence did call about TWO weeks later and told me someone else would call and set up an appointment to bring everything out and fix the sofa. Well low and behold the packages came UPS and were outside my door. I had to kick them into the house. I did talk to Clarence again and I lost control. I said I want my money back and he said sure with a 25% fee. I have talk to Jeanie the manager at this store. She has listened to me but has been NO help. This company has given me the run around and has proven to me they DO NOT care about customer satisfaction.

Visited the store during the voting promotion. Sales staff looked the other way when we walked in. We walked around the store for quite sometime & no one even spoke to us for a long time. We did see one girl hustling all over the store trying to talk to everyone. Her name was Brianna Neal. We were so impressed with her, we purchased a sofa, loveseat, dinette set & mattress/box spring. It made me wonder, is the pay plan with Ashley that poor where there is no motivation or do these folks make so much money, they didnt need to wait on me? I am in sales myself. I appreciate her hustle. She is an asset & did a great job. Your veterans on the floor can learn from her! :-)

Came in last week to get my mom a new power recliner for Christmas. Brianna Neal helped me. Amazing salesperson. Not pushy. Just showed me what they had and answered all my questions without "selling" the chair to me. She talked to me like a regular person. Not someone trying to make a sale. Brianna was very knowledgeable about the chair and has a great personality. Needless to say, the chair is bought and will be delivered in January. Was hoping for a before Christmas delivery, but its okay. Brianna said she would watch the order and see if it might come in a little early. Thank you, Brianna. You made my shopping easy!

My husband and I recently purchased our first house, and were nervous about buying living room furniture that would last. We looked several places, and ended up at Ashley Furniture, near the Fairfield Mall. We were immediately greeted by an extremely friendly associate, named Kris. She took the time to show us anything we thought we might be interested in, and she didnt make us feel rushed. We had a lovely experience, and would highly recommend both Ashley Furniture and Kris! Definitely one of the best furniture shopping experiences we have had. We will be back!!

I was served by Christopher. Very friendly and not pushy. We met him 6 weeks prior to our actual purchase. He spent about an hour with us and answered all the questions we could possibly have. When we went back to finally make our purchase we sought him out. He was just as friendly and kind the second time. Service was quick. Sectional was delivered on the first day of the week at 8:45 am as promised. The delivery guys were very professional and respectful of our home. They were very careful to not damage anything.

Kris Childers was very helpful with my purchase. I came in 2 other times to change my order and she was very patient and friendly. I consider her to be one of my friends now. She is simply an amazing person who is amazing at what she does. She didnt pressure me into anything and assured me that she would take care of my furnishing needs. Wow! What an experience! It was a slow day in the store today and I got so much attention from such great people!!!! Charles bland was my salesperson and the team comradardy is amazing!!!! Such high energy and fun! I felt special. The manager Judi crook so was sweet and cute! Jeannie Bohache the store manager came over, said hi and gave me a bottle of water and Jim Gard must have been the class clown because he was amusingly funny!!! I love this store and I will be back!!!!

I have been starting to look around for furniture for the house I am purchasing. Kris Childers is the person that is helping me. I am still in the decision stage but she is right there anytime I have a question. She is so very friendly and goes above and beyond to help anyone. I cant wait to make my mind up on what I want. Horrible customer experience! Will not acknowledge any customer that walks in and just looks at you and even when you walk by the dont say hello?! Please dont go here and go to Dayton discount furniture in Fairborn instead they sell same Ashley furniture new items at a cheaper price and they get it from Ashelys too! I will shop at Dayton discount furniture from now on and never at a Ashelys ever again!
