I wish I could give them no stars!! DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THEM DO NOT!! They charged my account once for the $78 then the same day they charge $58 to my account, when I called asking about this they said they had no idea how this happened and they dont have anything showing, I called the bank and the bank said they would have had to put it through, so obvious they illegally used my card to order something else for their company, now 3 days later I am still trying to get my money back. I called them to get some answers as the manager said to call back at any time after I got the information for the bank, they women that answered had an attitude and said that they had nothing to do with it and hung up on us, I called back to talk to a manager and she said no one was there so we would need to call back, or tell her what the issue was. Also I would like to note the first time we called she said they would call us back before the end of business this never happened I had to call them back. ALSO I PAID FOR BETTER FLOWERS AND THEY LOOK WORSE THEN THE ONES YOU CAN BUY AT THE GROCERY STORE. BEWARE.

Bangor Florist went out of their way to deliver. We were visiting in the Orono area for a funeral. Family members called in an order that somehow got a bad address recorded. To Bangor Florists credit, they deciphered the bad address and delivered the package to the right address, on time, and with a very helpful delivery person. This was customer service above and beyond "normal". At a difficult time in our lives, and with a bad address, Bangor Florist really made our family spirit soar. Thank You.

August 10, 2015 Very Pleased!! They were willing to work with my out of the ordinary request, they were friendly with great customer service and the prices were reasonable. I recommend them and I will do business with them again in the future!!! As a Flower shop owner myself, it is always nice to connect with another florist who loves what she does, enjoys her customers and is able to have the understanding of customers needs.

From out of town and wanted to pick up a few flowers to leave at my grandfathers grave. I called 5 mins after he was scheduled to close and he stayed open a little longer so I could get there and purchase an arrangement. Very kind and friendly with a very beautifully set up shop!

Very disappointed with the flowers that were delivered to my fathers funeral. Flowers were droopy and petals were falling off by the time of the funeral service. Also had a problem with a friend who tried to order flowers from them and they did not arrive at all!

Wow! This place is great. High-quality flowers. Half price from 430 to 530! Amazing store, Stainglass windows, beautiful inside, employees were very helpful and nice! I will definitely be back many many more times
