Not what I wanted...I went there to have them do the flowers for my wedding as well. The first meeting with Brenda went very well and she was helpful in guiding us to what types of flowers to choose for each member of the wedding. I also brought in two pictures. One of the bouquet I would like as well as a picture of the bouquet for my bridesmaids. There seemed to be no issue with what we had discussed. She showed me pictures of small calla lilies and I stated that I would like them larger than shown. A few medium calla lilies for my bridesmaids and 5 medium for my maid of honor. We signed a contract and paid in full. On the day of my wedding, my sister in law brought my flowers to the bridal suite and I almost cried. The Calla Lilies were SO small. Nothing like the size of the flowers I had in my picture. I couldnt believe it! Even my bouquet was miniature. The flowers that were in the bouguest were nice however, had I know that everything was going to be so incredibly small I would have paid extra to get what was shown in my pictures. The only positive thing I can say was that the boutonnières came out nice. This was probably my least favorite thing at the wedding and this is the only negative review I’ve ever written in my life. If you go here, make sure to be extra specific and emphasis what size you want. My wedding was perfect except for the flowers and I still shake my head for being so trusting.

I went there to have them do the flowers for my wedding. At first we had no problem but after a few visits back to hampden floral since we changed our minds, things changed. To put it lightly I was told not to show up with my children, just to call. Even though when I did call I was told the person to talked to wasnt there and they would call me back, they never did. Then when we went to pick up our flowers, they were awful, they were not what we ordered. We didnt have time to get into confrotation about the hidious flowers. My mom went back after the wedding to talk to them and one of the florist working there even said that they looked awful, but the one in charged claimed that they made what we ordered and everything else was our fault. Needless to say we will never go there again, and we did not use there flowers in my wedding.

These people are wonderful. Ive been sending flowers through them for a few years now and I always just let them pick pick the arrangements from what is available and fresh rather than some standard FTD formula. Everyone always loves the bouquet and sends me photos of the beautiful arrangements that they received. Normally when I call, they are able to make something and deliver it the same day.
