First off, let me start by saying that last July we purchased a bed and nightstand for my daughter at AFW. It was the Ashley signature dollhouse line. AFW brought the items the very next day and assembled them in my home and theyre perfect not one issue. Fast forward to 5/2/15 we wanted to purchase a matching dresser and nightstand however AFW was currently out of stock of these items. We decided to go to Ashleys and purchase the items. Our salesman Roy Miller said he would lower the prices to less than AFWs to save us money blah blah. Ashleys delivery charge was $99 which seemed high roy assured us that AFW really charges more for delivery but that was a lie. The soonest delivery date was 5/27 which seemed ridiculous but we did it. Roy needed help with the computer and called over his unnamed manager who was rude as hell and condescending with roy in front of us. I had to call and reschedule the delivery because we were not going to be home. Waited on hold for 15 minutes for customer service and got a rude rep who couldnt find our order with our phone number or order # and kept insiting I was giving incorrect info despite the fact I told her that i was looking at my paperwork. She finally found my order 10 minutes later with a new order # but couldnt explain why. we got the delivery rescheduled to 5/30 and they were supposed to call 2 days ahead with our delivery window. that was a lie i had to call on 5/29 to find out the delivery window because they are "short staffed" not sure how thats my problem and if the time didnt work that toos bad since its less than 24 hours out now I would be charged $49 to reschedule. Complete joke!! the deliver people finally show up with our pieces and the dresser has chunks of wood missing out of the drawers and on the sides, the back is barely hanging on and the drawers do not line up or close correctly. The nightstand is creaky and has gaps on it and chunks of wood missing too. we complain to the delivery people who speak little to no english and they say they can have someone come out to paint. these items do not need to be painted we need new items that are correct. the drivers leave and customer service calls a few minutes later to scheduled painting i said no and ask how to return the items, were advised to go to the store. Get to the store and greeted by a smiling salesman the second we ask how to return something he tells us where to go and walks the other way, he didnt even offer to walk us there. We get to the return desk and are called up by a girl and then directed to another girl. We got a couple pathetic Im sorrys and that was it. The rude manager was standing there but did not acknowledge or anything. Ashleys does not do pick ups on Sundays or Mondays so were stuck with this garbage furniture until Saturday and then can get a refund. AFW is bringing our new items on Monday and its even less than what Ashleys charged. Funny how that happens when we "were given such a great deal". It absolutely amazes me how this pathetic store is still in business. We have had issues with a sofa and recliner purchased here in the past as well. I will NEVER STEP FOOT IN ANOTHER ASHLEYS AGAIN. I will shop at AFW or Roomstore which is two doors down and I caution others to do the same..

Had an AMAZING experience shopping at the superstition springs Ashley Home Store! We were pleasantly greeted by a warm, friendly and helpful sales associate who goes by M&M (Mary Messerli)! She was attentive as we described what we were looking for and patiently looked through all the photos we gathered of the space and what we were looking for. You could tell right away that she has a sharp eye for design and really good taste. That helped us narrow down our search and start honing what we want. When we couldnt make up our minds the first time we went in, we took her card and came back the next day. We have a big family with lots of different tastes so we asked for something completely different the next day and without batting a lid she calmly and patiently took us through the rest of the store. When we finally decided which sofas to go with, she even talked to her manager and got us a great deal - the cheapest anywhere! We had been to 5 different furniture stores already and they matched the price of the cheapest one. Plus, they offered us a super affordable warranty ($160 for all 5 sofas) for any accidental spills or tears for the next 5 years, which is better than any store offers! We left very happy customers and will definitely be back for our next project!

Stopped in the Ashley furniture store on Southern Ave in Mesa AZ. I was greeted by a young man named Ryan Boatman. I have been looking at furniture for a while now and didnt really intend on buying this evening but I found a set that I really liked. Ryan was patient, helpful, answered all of my questions and took the time to explain the process and gave me SEVERAL financing options. The stores new manager Megan worked with Ryan to get me an AMAZING deal not only on the living room set but a new mattress and box spring also( SEALLY TEMPUR-PEDIC !!!! TOO). So excited to actually find a sales person that listened to what I was looking for and not pressure me into the buy. Ryan Boatman thank you for the best furniture buying experience I have had in my life. No exaggeration to that statement. Visit the store and ask for RYAN BOATMAN by name. Great young man with a bright future ahead of him. Congrats to the new manager MEGAN on your new position and thank you both for all of your help. I will definitely be a return customer. They use a stone age paper and pencil system for their records which is most likely the reason they are horrible at tracking deliveries and orders. I ordered some replacement parts for a chair in may and have had to call now 5 times (no joke) each time they explain that it "should" be on its way and if you dont get them call back in a few weeks. Here it is september (almost 5 months later) and still no replacement parts have arrived. Just tried to call during there normal business hours but there was no answer (not even voicemail). They need to update their technology - its seriously hurting customer record tracking abilities and customer communication. I have never bothered to write a review for any company before, but this company has just pushed me over the edge and I want other people to know what they are dealing with. This is a horrible place to get furniture and the customer service is a joke. I will NEVER shop here again.

This place is the worst! I was supposed to have a piece of furniture delivered to the store for pick-up. I waited the week and a half they said it would take. I called a day before to confirm but they said "we dont know whats going to come on the truck". I called the day of, just to confirm that it was on the truck and they said again "we dont know until it gets here". I called back 2 hrs later and was told "its not on the truck". After being put on hold and transferred several times, I demanded to speak to the manager Ralph. He told me he could have it delivered next week or I could go pick it up myself at the warehouse. Apparently my order never got placed. After much complaining on my part, Ralph gave a lame apology and said "I wish would could do away with this process, its always a problem." Guess its my fault for ordering from them. Do not do business here! Walk 2 doors down and buy better furniture, better service.
