This is the most awesome market and grocery shopping experience ever! Its all here: sushi, pizza, stir fry, olive bar, wine bar, beer...it goes on and on! Where else can you shop while sipping on a great glass of cabernet? The staff and managers are very helpful and take the time to chat with you during your experience. The bakery is our favorite. The pharmacy is off the charts helpful and professional. It is a pleasure to go grocery shopping at Giant Eagle. There is a program where kids get a free piece of fruit or cheese and dont forget to use your Giant Eagle rewards card...we have been here 3 months and have earned free gasoline several times! Enjoy $5.00 Wednesday sushi. Wine and beer section is one to be reckoned with and there is always someone there to answer your questions. No one seems rushed, just happy at what they do and concerned that you are satisfied! There is also a Starbucks inside.

So I was here February 3,2017 @8:15 pm .Decided to grab a pizza ,there was a black guy in a chef hat, making a pizza .He ignored me kept making the pizza and then walked in the back never even acknowledging my presence. I stood there for a while maybe 5-10 minutes and decided to grab a cart. When I walked away he came strolling out ,I got the cart went back over ignored again. This is the second time this has happened the last time it happened guy goes in the back stays 10 minutes and came out and said the oven will be shuting down in 5 minutes. I was there to buy 6 pies guess you lost out thinking your better than the customer. I live closer to Market District but go to the Kroger on Chambers Road because of the friendly staff. My advice to Market District have Kroger come in and train your people.

After over 30 years of ordering birthday cakes from Giant Eagle, (formerly Big Bear), I am dismayed at the lack of customer service, and lack of knowledge of their cakes, from the bakery staff. I just recently tried to order the same cake I had ordered in Nov. 2016, by name, and the bakery clerk had no idea of what I was talking about. After checking with the cake decorator, the clerk informed me that they didnt make that cake in 3 layers. Funny, I ordered the exact same cake last month from the new Giant Eagle near Brecksville, Ohio, with no problem. A manager was supposed to call me back; so far I have heard nothing. I believe in supporting neighborhood businesses, but in this case I will take my business elsewhere.

The market itself is fine, however the starbucks inside is absolutely trash. I ordered a ice tea today and the barista put literally has 90% ice in my cup. I go back and tell her that there shouldnt be this much ice in my cup and she tells me that this is what starbucks usually does. Ridiculously enough, she had the audacity to argue with me when the starbucks policy is to come back with your drink if youre dissatisfied and receive an improvement; in which I did not. Not to mention, I watched her as she made my drink and she didnt have enough tea so she just added more ice. The starbucks doesnt even deserve one star but Im being lenient because the store had no problems.

Just went here last week for the first time. This is an impressive display of what a grocery store of the future can be. A beautiful display of departments, from the butcher shop, to bakery, to cheese and dairy. Its all here. Their beer selection is ok.. their wine selection is top notch for the area. Theres a sitting area indoors and out for drinks on tap. On certain nights, they even have live bands playing in that area. This is the reason why The Andersons is going out of business. A hip, hi tech, social gathering of people wanting to relax, and shop for the simple - or exotic cravings. Kroger Marketplace - time for you to step it up a notch!

Love the prepared food, dry cleaner, Huntington Bank, pharmacy, beer/liquor/wine section, back aisle meat and fish sections (they provide great service on special orders), wide selection overall. The staff is always super nice and the store is spotless. I do not like the generally high prices on the center aisle boxed/canned foods. I generally shop only for the specials and with coupons. I get most of my produce at Kroger, Luckys or Aldi, and other basics at Aldi. Docking one star for pricing and confusing checkout, but I must admit it is fun to shop here, and the prepared foods put Krogers to shame.

I was blown away by the customer service. I stopped here for the first time on the way home from the gym because I needed some milk. When I entered, I found myself in the produce department and wandered over to their large selection of nuts. There was a wall full of options to create your own bag. An associate named Gia approached me immediately and was so friendly and helpful. I ended up buying a bag of mixed nuts and berries (which is delicious) in addition to the milk. Based on that experience I have continued to stop there on the way home from the gym.

The selection of groceries here is awesome! A lot of the harder to find items but without a trip into Whole Foods and with a lesser price tag (sometimes). The restaurants here are fantastic too and staffed by friendly people. Plus it has something for everybody. The bar also puts on great events and there is even a bit of a social atmosphere. My only complaint is that there are still more than a few vagrants that come through and college kids are often a permanent fixture in the dining area.

Amazing food selection! Customer service is top notch! Need something, just ask they will take you to the item not just direct you. Have a great treat card for kids you can purchase for just a $1 donation each. Allows kids for the entire year to get a slice of cheese, a piece of fruit and a cookie at each visit to the store! We took advantage of the pizza deal and got a family pizza for $7.99, took it upstairs to the dining area! Can also grab a beer or glass of wine there too!

Sucks to write this but this is not the first time the workers have been rude and unhelpful here. A line of about 15 people waited at one register for 15 minutes and on a weekday at 6pm. I cant tell you how many workers walked by and laughed and no one would come jump on another register. Everyone in line was frustrated and most people just left. You lost a lot of Busoness today although I know you dont care by the way you were training your staff to treat people

This really is a SUPER market. The selection of products here is amazing. From local produce to a great wine and spirits selection to all the regular grocery offerings, it makes it a great one stop shop. Plus all the speciality areas like the garden bar, sushi counter, Starbucks, and even a bar with local brews. This place has it all. Plus all the staff are very friendly and always helpful. Have definitely found my new grocery store.

One will need any form of transportation except walking! The Inside layout is Convenient ,fast checkout lanes and clean ! Disappointing part is there are NO side walks coming from the east side of Olentangy River Rd. The dirt trail is especially narrow under the CSX rail road train tracks. Its dangerous for everyone. There arent Safeway through the parking lot either! Something need to be done immediately!
