Dont go here for your prescriptions. I was very sick with a fever and sinus infection and was told at 8pm it would take at least 20 minutes to fill a antibiotic. I worked for Kroger pharmacy and bioscrip mail order and you can most definitely fill a prescription within 5 minutes, I know because I would do that for customers who was obviously sick or in pain. Kroger had a system for it, red for urgent, yellow for needing soon and green for non urgent. I am very disappointed and called to complain to store manager Joe. Who knows if he did anything. But I was the ONLY person in line and no one else around waiting. That is horrible customer service to treat someone who is three months pregnant with a fever and infection.

Convenient to Blacklick Estates, 33 & 270. Has most anything you need but the cost is way too high in comparison to both Walmart and Kroger, which are only 15 minutes away off 33 East. Kroger has fuel perks & lower prices. Walmart has groceries and home furnishings. Both have a pharmacy. And Kroger is right across the street from Walmart. If Big Bird would lower their prices, not just on prices by using their shopper card program but store wide on all products before card discounts, they would obtain more business & gain loyalty from their customers. And the meat prices are just too extreme!! I cant afford to buy meat at Giant Eagle for my family so Im forced to shop elsewhere weekly. Shameful really

We live nearest to the Hamilton Rd. Store. We specifically use Snowville Creamery dairy products, but this store is the only one around that doesnt carry the Snowville Half and Half, and so we have to go all the way over to either the Grove City or the Pickerington stores just to get these products. I have asked them numerous times to carry it, but no luck yet. This is odd because they do carry the Snowville Whole Milk and 2% varieties. Snowville is minimally-processed and non-homogenized.

I only shop here if i need to grab one or two items. I feel Giant Eagles prices are very high compared to most other grocery stores in the area and the store is difficult to move through because you feel like youre in a maze. Not organized well. They do have a good selection of product brands and the store is very clean and nice. Plus its convenient this Giant Eagle has a Huntington Bank inside as well as a pharmacy with a drive up window.

I have stopped at this location a few times while passing through the area to pick up staples, like milk, bread, etc. The location has been well stocked and clean each time I have visited. The checkout lines have been long a few times and customer service has been a tad below average. Numerous times there have been simple errors that the cashier was unsure how to correct.

They rarely have 12-packs of Cherry Coke Zero or Sprite Zero in stock. When they do have Cherry Coke Zero in stock, it is never more than 2 packs on the shelf. I have asked the staff for assistance and about half the time I find someone willing to check in the back. The other half of the time, they know for sure there is no soda in the back. Staff is always friendly.

Decent if you want to grab, and go. Also if you dont mind checking yourself out 80%of the time. The store is kept pretty well stocked, with people always stocking shelves, and assisting you to what you need. They are friendly when approached, but dont expect to be approached unless you look like a deer in headlights like I do most of the time.

The fried chicken is always fresh, the bakery cant be beat, the wait time for the pharmacy is really respectable, and the shelves are always stocked properly. Add to this that checkout is quick and the people are pretty friendly, and I dont have any qualms.

Would definitely not use their pharmacy they are very rude especially the girl with different colors in her hair. Working previously in a pharmacy I can not believe that their district pharmacy manager lets them operate with such bad customer service.

This location just keeps getting worse and worse. At 5:30 pm they only have 2 staffed checkouts. They no longer have handbaskets and when I asked management I was told the baskets will not be replaced due to customers walking out the door with them.

They dont have any baskets. You either have to get a shopping cart or carry what you want in your hands. They even have a gaurd on duty most of the time. Why cant they just get some baskets? Kroger is cheaper, and they have baskets; Ill just go there.

They have self checkouts which is nice, but if you dont have a giant eagle shoppers card you cant use it. I had to wait for someone to come and swipe theirs. Very silly and dumb in my opinion, not friendly to do that to potential customers

They always have fresh organic foods available. Local Grass fed meats in all varieties. Quick self checkout available as well as quick service. They have everything you could need in a grocery store. Plus a pharmacy.

Its lot like a bigger Kroger little more pricier but still a great place to shop if ur in a hurry or want to just buy something from the deli u can just heat up 8/10 would shop again

Clean, well stocked, and good selection. Produce area great as well as bakery. Meat selection fresh and good variety. Pharmacy area priced a little high.

The male cashiers are a little too friendly with kids which is never a comfortable thing for a parent! But the store is a pretty decent place to shop!

I used to love it but they havent had my favorite barbecue sauce lately, Charles Staples sauce. Very good sauce, look for it every time I go.
