This is the most high priced thrift store that I have ever been to and the merchandise is of low quality. I saw a NON NAME BRAND purse with a STAIN on it for 12.99! Definitely wont go back to this store. I noticed another Family Thrift that just opened off of 161 and decided I would check that one out while I was in the area... The building is pretty big however I could not believe some of the stuff the set out on the shelves to try to sell to people. They have USED cups that have been donated marked for 1.99! Any other thrift store has basic, random cups marked for .39 - .79.... I have seen VERY FEW marked at 1.49 but there is something about them that make them more desirable. I am a thrifter and NEVER have I seen such low quality items priced that high at a thrift store. It really makes me upset because I feel like the people that run this store are trying to sell junk to people for far more than what it is worth. I understand that the owners have to make some kind of profit of course but this is just ridiculous. Go into either of those Family Thrift stores and you will see what I am talking about. The quality of the merchandise at the 161 store is even worse than the one on E. Main. I wont go back to any Family Thrift store!

High prices! This store is starting to get a better selection of clothing. Electronics and odds and ends are very crappy looking. Sets of cups, bowls, wine glasses are way overpriced. They need a better inventory. The shoes are hellish, I wouldnt dare put my feet on some of those dirty, worn out monstrosities. Of course womens clothing is the biggest seller so those come and go quickly, but many items are too high priced for a funky thrift store. Dresses are 8.99 and up. You might get lucky and find something but youll get much fewer items for the same price that youd get a lot of items at a Volunteers of America, or Ohio Thrift store. I hope they get better.

Love, Love, love, this place! I especially love the fact that they have 50% off days twice a month. I also like how they have all the clothes sorted by size and the fact that plus sizes and maternity are kept separate so you can easily find them. I also love the fact that I have 48 hours to return clothes. That way I can shop for my daughter and whatever she doesnt want I can bring it back for store credit. Its easy to go through the store and I always find something I need.

Great prices... Very nice and respectful workers... Love that they have 1/2 price every 2nd & 4th Monday of the month... Ive been going there since the day they opened and im very satisfied with all my purchases... If youre looking for a certain item the owner will go above and beyond to help find what youre looking for... Hes a VERY nice man and always takes time to ask how im doing.

Family Thrift is an excellent place to shop. The customers service is outstading and staff welcome community with a smile. I furnished my whole apartment purchase electric, patio, bathware and bedroom set made Drexel. Variety choice of good clothing and name brands. Love this Thrift Store!! I find everything here, especially bedding and decorative items. This store is very organized, which makes items easier to find. I love all the name brand clothes at great prices!! The employees are always friendly and helpful and greet you as you come in the door. I recommend this thrift store to anyone who loves to go thrifting as much as I do.

me and my suns where in the store yesterday this was my 2nd time in the store and both times the employees were great the service was great and the things in the store are nice and price good to ,the store is clean ,they also have half price days!!!!!....we will be shopping there on a reg. and it is the best one ive been to in the city

My experience is always awesome the store is always clean , the staff is GREAT they are always friendly even on busy half off days! Management is always checking on customers in between task and merchandise is in good condition with reasonable prices . Ive been coming for yrs and plan on coming for many more

Without a doubt one of the best, if not the best thrift store Ive been to. The selection is broad, not only for all your clothing needs but also a wide variety of electronics and accessories. The stores window signs say certain percent off certain color pricing in the store . went in and bought a few household items that had green on one and blur on another and was informed the discount only applied to clothes. Nowhere did the signs say only applied to clothes. Shady place !

First thing first the customer service is the best in all of Columbus. When i need something i always come here first. And If you have kids and are on a budget this is the perfect place to get your bang for your buck. I only shop here for my kids because they have the cleanest clothes.

Was in the market for chinos. Did not like New Uses and their $20-for-Haggar prices. Stopped here on a whim and got me a pair of tommy bahamas for $3. Polo for $3.50. And Lands End for just $4. Best prices in town if you ask me. The only drawback is they have no fitting room.

Ive always shopped at Ohio thrift! But I never knew family thrift existed . I went into the store and its nice, prices are low great quality and nice staff. Plus they have specials daily from 5 to 8 Im there!!! Its only mins away I wish I known this before!
