I wish I could like this place, but they really have terrible customer service. They get over the loud speaker and yell at their customers to pick up the clothes that fall on the floor. Now, I already do pick up clothes that fall down. But how rude to yell at your customers to do it- and I cant imagine it being very effective. The prices are not good, aside from the $.50 Sunday sale where a certain colored tag is $.50. Their next door neighbor competitor actually has better prices, and greater professionalism. Theres no handle on the cramped, inward-opening dressing rooms, and they are dimly lit. There are only 2, and sometimes its quite a wait. They staple their price tags to their clothing! Invest in a price tag gun, already. Or price clothing by category. That would eliminate one of the most annoying problems- they wont price items at the register. I found that out the hard way- by going to the register with an item that I really liked that didnt have a tag on it. After being informed that it couldnt be sold without a tag, we asked if they could hang onto it. "Nope" was the response I was given. A perfect example of the kind of customer service you can expect there. I thrift store shop all the time, and Im a courteous shopper. Theyve done a good job at turning me off from shopping here, though. I wouldnt donate here, either. Their competitor offers a good service to the community, so thats where Ill continue donating my items.

resold a sofa I had paid for . I couldnt take it with me at the time of purchased on a Friday so they gave me three days I went on the third day Monday in the early afternoon... it was gone (resold) over the weekend according to two employees. spoke with management as to how that could have happened if it had a sold ticket and someone would have to have written another and have it approved to sell .to make matters worse the manager had the nerve to say "how do I know you didnt already pick it up " my response was" you told me you had cameras and was going to find out what happened then you would owe me an apology for saying Im trying to scam you ,when I have my receipt in hand and no sofa " I live an hour from the store drove there twice all I got was an oh well" ill make an exception and give you a refund" like making an exception for me ,another slap in the face. my guess someone came along offered more money and it was resold at a higher price . my advice to anyone is to make sure you can take an item with you the same day if possible otherwise you might get treated like I did . customer service to them equals = too bad someone else bought your already bought item (under the 3 days we gave you ) youre a scammer ,I dont need to apologize even after I found out the truth about who took( rebought) your sofa your 1 business deal means nothing I have hundreds more walking through my doors

This place use to be the best thrift shop in the USF area. Ever since they got a new manager, the price tags on common items has been laughably outrageous. $40 for a pair of used shoes? $60 for a VGA monitor? Lol! No one else does that! Now their inventory is stacking up to the ceiling and their shelves are flooded with stuff thats not going to sell. I love the people here, I really do. But ever since this new manager showed up the prices have been silly. Its very dusty in the store. Everytime I go there, my allergies start acting up and I start sneezing. They dont wash the clothing either. Heres another example. Theyre trying to sell two used crossman holsters for double the MSRP!! Really?!?! Theyre $9 brand new at walmart and you want $16? Give me a break!

Its crazy, not always clean, people can be rude...Have I convinced you not to go yet? Good! More cool stuff for me!!! Bwa, ha, ha!! Seriously though, at the risk of encouraging more people to come in, I love this place so much I signed up for their text alert program to tell me when the sales are on. Tell all your friends to donate their "Spring Cleaning" stuff here. We all need to clean out the closets once in a while, and this is the best place to bring it. Just, dont tell them to shop here, ok? Its our secret...shhh...

I use to love going in this place!!! HOWEVER, sales days are horrible days! Its like theyve shoved everything from the back on the shelves and the tags that are on the shelves are rarely the ones on sale(serious pay attention to it). So between the clutter and the lack of respect(messy customer) I would rather pay full price. I only go in to look through sheets, bags and decorations but not worth it. Dont know whats changed but miss the old gem you were for me..

Sometime it was good but really recent like the last week the sitertion with that manger that I already wrote about. This is a new idea to solve that problem we had the manger should get a newspaper stand where u have to put a coin in so u or anybody can.t mess the paper up . or take a hand for than they should. And aslo that they should put some one on the night shift dropoff area from 5pm to 3am that is when people drop stuff off

This is without a doubt one of my favorite thrift stores. They always have something new and quirky. You never know what youll find and Ive found some pretty good pieces here from clothes to garden items. The only downside is that its pretty old and not in the best condition like most kinds of thrift stores. Def check them out and give them a try.

I was surprised at how expensive things were priced. However, I experience the best customer service ever!!!! Customer svc far FAR exceeded even high end expensive stores! I suspect the great customer svc not only influenced me to purchase some pricy nick nacks that I am greatly enjoying but also has guaranteed my return! Thank u customer svc!!!

Very large store. Smells weird but they are cheap. One older cashier with a raspy voice has little to no patience. She got on the loud speaker to yell at a small child, then when the mother and son got to the counter to check out she began to discipline the child infront of his mom. They were complete strangers!!!

Ive been going here since I moved to Tampa 9 years ago. This is by far my favorite thrift store. There is always tons of stuff, the store is huge, great deals, even my boyfriend likes it. The items here are priced better than Salvation Army or Goodwill.

The employees are so disrepectful and mean. They forget thst shoppers have feelings too and they only think about themselves and i bet they dont even enjoy working there. They always look frustrated. I am still going to go there to shop everyday : )

Worst thrift store. No prices on merchandise. You would think they would price items for you. NOPE!!! They wont sell it. All that wait time in long lines to find out you walk out empty handed. Dont waist your time.
