I went in to get my ring sized for my wedding ring. The owner came out and pretended to measure my finger with a tape measure and then joked about cutting it off in the back with a table saw. His mood changed immediately after he pretended to measure my finger and he then told me that if I wanted a sizing it would be $10 and then I could go ahead and get my ring on ebay or whatever. Look, $10 to support local business, I would be down to do, but this guy is a monster. Seriously, all the reviews for this place are terrible. I tried to walk out and he stopped me and went on and on about how he hates people like me. I told him that the ring was probably going to be an old family heirloom from India that I would not wear everyday as it will probably be too awesome. He then tried to give me a jeweler rec and told me that, "these people wont steal jewels out of the ring." Right, like I am going to do anything this guy says. Oh, and he has a parrot and his store smells like bird feces. Dont go in there. For real and if you are a woman I wouldnt go in alone. This guy is a nut.

Love, LOVE, L-O-V-E d Raphael! Hands down one of my all-time favorite stores. d Raphael has unique items as a boutique should. Wide range of items for a single store - antique and new jewelry (rings, necklaces, earrings, etc), artisan handcraft pieces, handmade cards with incredible photography. Classic Clifton small business - unique and family owned and run. I stop in whenever Im in the area, and always find something I must have. They always take good care of their customers.

Love this little shop full of mystery on Ludlow! The jewelry is all very unique and of high quality. All the jewelry is real (no fake stones or cheap metals. I saw only .925 sterling silver and better at this place). Whenever I think of unique beautiful jewelry I think of this place . I love the decor as well....too cool! You really do get what you pay for and the prices are as expected at this shop. The owner is friendly and helpful as well! :)

Terrible Customer Service. As soon as I walked in, Dan (the owner) treated me with a great deal of disrespect. The store being completely empty, he awkwardly implied that he was too busy and did not want to deal with me. I do not recommend this store at all.
