Very rude, brutal, poor quality and highly priced My experience with Gemini Jewelers was the worst. I bought a pair of bangles which broke in less than two months. I took it to them and they done some fix which was of no use and broke on the third day. I went back to them and had a bitter experience. The owner of the shop was not willing to accept the poor quality of making and had no Business ethics. He was rudely acting as if he gave the product for free. Before I could ask for a refund, he made a comment that there would be no refund or warranty. Also he can only fix it with a charge. Then he continued his talks by ill-treating me and says that I should ask his favor to get it fixed. The heights of his argument went in such a way that he started acting brutally. I was shocked to see him taking one of the jewelry on the display and he broke it himself with a comment "jewelry can break at any moment and there is no warranty". After seeing this abnormal behavior, I came out of the shop. It was a total disappointment for me.

I went to buy Bangles. I asked for a breakdown of the final price on how he came up with it. I bought Jewellery in the past from them. I never really asked for all the details in the past. But I had to ask for a breakdown of the price on the recent most transaction because despite of being lower in weight and lower gold rate that day than the previous transaction, my bill came out to be higher. So I was just needing a breakdown of how he arrived at the final rate. This made him super angry. He did not give me the answer. He said no one talks to him like that. And he said he no more wants my business. I was shocked at his response and behavior. He charged about $500 extra. God only knows how much money I lost from all my previous transactions with them. I learnt my lesson. I know how to use my hard earned money now. I am truly surprised that these guys are still in business. If you want to flush your money down the drain, please go to Gemini Jewellers.

I had 2 bad experiences at Gemini Jewelers Cincinnati. I bought a chain that broke in less than 2 days. When I asked for a fix service I was forced to pay $100 fee which I reluctantly paid. After receiving the item back, I was asked to pay $200 more because some shady reason given to me, I refused to get ripped off and I was rudely spoken to. I am very shocked as to why so many people still go there and waste their money on someone that doesnt treat their customers with minimal respect. My message to all is that if you have extra $$, give it someone in need and NOT to Gemini. The owner had the NERVE to tell me to go find a better place for my jewelry. Guess what..I have found another place and will never return to GEMINI jewelers ever.

This is the most HORRIBLE store to even visit. This is why: 1) The sales is all SCAM. 2) Pricing is never clear. You are told one thing and you will get SOLD a higher price. If you argue, then "new" policies will be shared with you like "No Returs" or 20% return fee etc 3) Owner Management is RUDE. They just want to sell you higher priced stuff and will not give you clear answers for your simple questions. 4) I am not going to "GEMINI JEWELLERS - Cincinnati" in my LIFE again 5) Similar HORROR stories from friends and families members that have bought items from GEMINI Jewelers.

You get 22K (916 KDM) gold same as in India and decent collection of jewellary here. But before you go there do your research on market gold prices and charges on jewellary. We were charged with $45 per gram while the market price for 24K gold that day was just $30 ($955 per oz=31.1g). $15 extra for each gram is too high compared any place in USA and india maximum you can give $7 or $8 per gram for ornaments make and wastage charges. If you are a first timer, dont believe what the owner says as discount bcoz there is not any.
