Bought a watch from this location. Wasnt the watch i really wanted tried to return it within their 30 day window. they refused to take it back stating it was used. Since they took a link out of the watch while i was purchasing it. Never wore the watch, they never told me that if they take a link out it was nonreturnable. Read the fine print. will not be doing business with Zales again!

Received my engagement ring and broke within the first month. They fixed it at no charge ONLY because I purchased the warranty. My husband has a card there so he went to get our wedding set and they matched online prices but it was a pain getting the ring ordered in because they sized it wrong. The employees were decent. Its behind the scenes that will stop me from coming back.
