Top notch bike shop - I have always gone there and will continue to go there as long as possible. Ive never bought anything major but if I need work done on my bike I cant do myself properly due to time/effort/cost to do for how long it will take me vs them/etc such as changing tires and doing derailleur adjustments. Took my little 22" in the other day and had them replace tires and intertubes, adjust brakes and derailleurs calibrated. This is a ~10 year old (or more?) Giant MTX. Before I took it in the tires were dry rotted (original tires), the brakes needed adjustments, and no matter how many times I tried I could not get the front or rear derailleur to properly engage/disengage every sprocket without problems. Yes, I know the process for adjusting one of these myself but I spent hours messing with it so I took it to them. $72 bucks and like 2-3 days later and its as close as physically possible to brand new again. Had everything lubed up, new tires and intertubes, and everything was dialed in tight. Felt good not having the chain rub on 3rd sprocket anymore. Did a great job on it, and they have in the past on other bikes Ive taken in. People are always super nice, so yeah Id say definitely go there if you need work done or maybe are looking to buy.

Brought in my bike for a tune-up that was complimentary when you purchase a bike that exceeds $500 or something and also my boyfriends bike to have a front derailluer replaced on his bike. Both bikes had to be brought back to be fixed again after they were serviced. I live on the other side of town and work a couple days a week about 10 minutes from here so hauling the bikes back in was a bit frustrating especially after just having been "fixed". My back brakes were just about rubbing (supposed to have been adjusted during the service) but worst was the front derailluer was not working at all on the other bike. The guy that worked on it said, "that kind just doesnt work right on that bike." I asked why he didnt tell me that initially and why it was installed anyway and his response was, "well, if I had told you what would you have done?" Oh I dont know, NOT had you install it and pay $120 for something that wasnt going to work? I was also charged to have the derailluer adjusted after installation. It was rubbing so bad, it was unridable. What adjustment did you charge me for and knowing it was never going to work anyway? Very disappointed in this place and will not return nor recommend this place for service or purchases.

I found Team Cycling in July 2014 after being fed up with other local bike shops and their lack of personal care in selling a bike. Instead of them trying to sell me the bike I want, they were forcing bikes I didnt want from their floor. From day 1 at Team they have always treated me as a long term customer and never have pushed a sale on me. After several visits where Team always answered my questions and took time to learn about my riding and goals, I bought my first bike from them in September 2014, a 2014 Trek Stache 6. Since then Ive purchased 4 more bikes from them(15 Santa Cruz Tallboy LTc, 14 Trek Farley, 16 Scott Solace 20 Disc, and 17 Santa Cruz Bronson X01) , all of which I still have, ride and love. Ive also had Geoff build 2 sets of wheels for my mountain bikes, and they have held up wonderfully to thousands of miles of riding without even needing a true.

My wife and I dropped in at the end of last month to look at a bike for her first road bike. The guys at TCF were kind, patient and accommodating, and really took their time showing her two different sizes, explaining everything, and letting her try both. Then they hooked us up with all sorts of great deals on accessories, so that we walked out feeling great about the sale. They absolutely bent over backwards for us, and shes absolutely in love with her bright blue Lexa SLX! She even confided in me the other day that she went out in the garage just to look at it! TCF proves once again why a good local bike shop is always the best place to buy a bike, even if its a bit of a drive! Well definitely keep them in mind whenever our next bike purchase comes around.

Fantastic Bike Shop! Had a build done with 6870 di2 drive train and R785 calipers and new flat mount 805 calipers. The build was very well done with a great attention to detail. I never had anything pushed on me from a sales stand point which I thought was awesome. One of the calipers pistons was bad and Geoff was able to replace it very quickly with a loner 505 caliper while waiting for more 805s to become available. Its not very often IMO that you receive that kind of service when nothing is being "sold". Always very friendly and helpful every time I called or stopped in to check on the build. I wouldnt hesitate a bit to recommend the shop to family and friends.

My boyfriend and I are pretty active and decided to try road biking. We found the store by a google search and decided to try it out. Needless to say, we both came out with new road bikes and ended up biking over 30 miles on our first weekend! The staff was very helpful and interested in helping us find what we were looking for. We didnt really know much about road bikes and they were able to answer all of our questions and then some. I usually dont write reviews, but a great place like TCF deserves a good review. They also dont just let you walk out the door and feel like you are on your own- they offer a lot of clinics and services to keep your bikes in tune.

Just wanted to drop a quick note to say, "Thank You". Im not a local rider, but found the best price on Garmins Edge 520 Bundle at TEAM Cycling & Fitness online. Ordered late Thursday (3.9.17) Night. Talked with Abbey on Saturday about specific details over the phone and product arrived Tuesday (3.14.17) to my home in Denver, CO; free shipping. Needless to say from start to finish Im quite pleased and was treated with kindness during both phone calls as I was being quite "nitpicky" to ensure my order was correct. So without further ado, again I thank you for providing me with great pricing and superior customer care. Cheers ~ KC

These guys are really good at acting like they care to your face. I worked there for a couple months. They hired me on as a bike mechanic knowing I was a computer engineer, and used my kindness against me. I built them a brand new website from scratch. As soon as I got them to a point they thought they could take over it was all down hill from there. These guys are just flat out bad people who care only about themselves. When customers came in they would trash talk back in the shop. Dont let their fake front fool you. They are racist, arrogant, and frankly just downright rude.

The staff was very helpful and patient, considering it was almost closing time and I was asking a lot of questions. I finally made a decision and they even stayed late to throw on a rack and fenders. Another thing worth mentioning, they are very military friendly. Needless to say, Ill soon be back to purchase a bike for my wife and four daughters, ages 5 to 12.
